　　1、尊敬師長，團(tuán)結(jié)同學(xué)。

　　3、按時完成作業(yè)，遇到難懂的題時，主動問老師。

　　4、競爭意識強，都很上進(jìn)。

　　我們的家長都非常重視孩子們的英語學(xué)習(xí)，大家都意識到英語學(xué)習(xí)不管是對我們的日常生活還是升學(xué)來說，都有著重要的作用，有著重大的意義。而我們中學(xué)階段的教學(xué)目的在于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣、良好的語言習(xí)慣、運用英語進(jìn)展交際的能力以及跨文化意識。因此，我的課堂也是圍繞聽、說、讀、寫幾個方面對所學(xué)知識進(jìn)展操練和運用。通過一段時間的教學(xué)，我發(fā)現(xiàn)這個班學(xué)生都特別負(fù)責(zé)，班風(fēng)、學(xué)風(fēng)也很好，最重要的是絕大多數(shù)的同學(xué)自尊心強，上進(jìn)心強，這使我對他們充滿信心。

　　但同樣也發(fā)現(xiàn)了以下問題：

　　英語學(xué)習(xí)方面：

　　1、學(xué)習(xí)心態(tài)和態(tài)度不端正。少部分學(xué)生沒有意識到學(xué)習(xí)英語的重要性，對于學(xué)習(xí)英語是抱著無態(tài)度。

　　2、學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣不夠好。我要求學(xué)生在上課前集體朗讀單詞或課文，這對鍛煉他們的'英語口語和音準(zhǔn)有很大的幫助，但是還是有好幾個學(xué)生態(tài)度不端正，敷衍了事。我還要求讀英語的時候用手指單詞和句子，有利于對單詞的記憶，并且能更好的集中注意力。但是有很多人沒有這種習(xí)慣，眼睛盯著天花板，盯著窗戶讀的都有，甚至還有的同學(xué)邊發(fā)呆邊跟著讀，這樣就沒有效果。還存在著嚴(yán)重的畏難情緒，我給的問題或是閱讀材料還剛出來就有人抱怨“我不會做”、“這么難”、“看不懂”，我會反問他們“你還沒看題怎么知道不會做?遇到困難首先想到的不是解決問題而是逃避，那么你永遠(yuǎn)不會進(jìn)步”。這段時間這種情況幾乎沒有了。

　　3、少數(shù)同學(xué)根底不好。到現(xiàn)在26個字母還讀不全、默不全。這也是頗讓人頭疼的問題。

　　4、閱讀能力欠佳，有待提高。閱讀在今后的升學(xué)考試，包括中考、高考、研究生考試以及大學(xué)英語四、六級考試中都占有很大的分值。但我們的學(xué)生對于閱讀暫時還沒有概念。我要求他們把閱讀材料讀三遍，第一遍泛讀，也就是瀏覽;第二遍精讀，把生詞劃出來，根據(jù)上下文理解單詞的意思;第三遍答復(fù)以下問題，但是很少有同學(xué)能夠嚴(yán)格按照要求完成，往往是讀了一遍就不想讀了。 針對以上問題，我也研究了一些方法和策略，需要各位家長的配合和支持。

　　1、催促學(xué)生在家聽英語磁帶，每周不少于1小時，最好能每天堅持聽10—15分鐘，這將對孩子的學(xué)習(xí)有很大幫助。

　　2、爭取消化當(dāng)天所學(xué)的單詞，不要積壓任務(wù)。我會在每單元完畢的時候組織一次聽寫，并要求學(xué)生帶回家給家長過目。

　　3、請家長催促孩子在家里完成家庭作業(yè)，以免他們來學(xué)校在匆忙之中互相抄襲。有時的默寫作業(yè)我也會煩請各位家長簽字，這也是為了給學(xué)生一點點壓力，讓他們知道父母會經(jīng)常檢查他們的作業(yè)本，一定要認(rèn)真寫才行。家長可以讓學(xué)生自己默寫或者報中文意思都可以，但最重要的是在學(xué)生默完后，催促他們對著書本更正。

　　4、每一個單元都有閱讀的部分，并且附有課后習(xí)題。如果你的孩子英語根底不是很好，可以催促他們先在家，做適當(dāng)?shù)念A(yù)習(xí)。 生物學(xué)習(xí)方面：

　　每個學(xué)生對這個世界的事物充滿了好奇心，上課時氣氛活潑，積極表現(xiàn)，課堂作業(yè)很認(rèn)真，家庭作業(yè)也能按時完成，考試成績優(yōu)異。

　　對于絕大多數(shù)同學(xué)來說，英語始終是心頭大患。我與大家經(jīng)歷相同，從4年級便被扣上了這頂帽子，每一次考試，英語總是給我拖后腿，但在一次次摸索中，我也在不斷進(jìn)步，總結(jié)了一些經(jīng)驗。正所謂“方向不對，努力白費”，正確的學(xué)習(xí)方法會使我們的學(xué)習(xí)效率大大提高，從而達(dá)到事半功倍的目的。下面是我總結(jié)的一些學(xué)習(xí)英語的經(jīng)驗，希望可以供同學(xué)們參考。

　　第一，做好課堂筆記。

　　顧名思義，課堂筆記便是利用課堂時間將老師所講的重點、難點、疑點記下，千萬不可以“手懶”，對于知識零碎的英語來說更是如此，好記性不如爛筆頭。然后是回顧筆記，回顧筆記才是做筆記的重點，建議大家，周末時專門抽出時間回顧一下當(dāng)周所做的筆記，這樣能有效地緩解緊張的心理，可以讓你在下一周的學(xué)習(xí)中得心應(yīng)手。舉個我自己的`例子吧，記得有一次英語抽測，我抱著僥幸的心理，沒有做好復(fù)習(xí)工作，所以考試前就開始臨時抱佛腳，結(jié)果到了最后，根本沒有時間復(fù)習(xí)完，考試時慌慌張張，考得一塌糊涂。所以說，做好筆記對于學(xué)生來說十分重要。

　　第二，整理回顧錯題。

　　對于很多同學(xué)來說，都能做到整理錯題，但重點是我們不僅僅要整理，更要回顧與反思。所謂“好馬不吃回頭草”對我們學(xué)生萬萬不可適用，要想成功擠過中考這座獨木橋，就必須回顧自己的錯題，也防止再出現(xiàn)類似的失誤。再舉個例子吧，我開始和很多同學(xué)一樣只是糾一下錯，之后就不管了，但是有一次考試，我真記得做過某一題，就是忘了怎么做，結(jié)果不僅沒做出題，心情也糟糕透頂，考試結(jié)果可想而知慘不忍睹，后來我學(xué)著經(jīng)�；仡欏e題本，慢慢地積累，厚積薄發(fā)，考試也不再出現(xiàn)類似的失誤。

　　英語是一門需要長期積累的科目，知識點很多，一定要好好利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、學(xué)習(xí)機和其他移動方便的設(shè)備，更不用說書籍和雜志這樣的傳統(tǒng)學(xué)習(xí)資源！你完全可以在課間、排隊、午休等時間記幾個單詞，要養(yǎng)成“天天英語”的習(xí)慣，每天按老師的要求作一篇完形閱讀，堅持天天聽英語。其實學(xué)英語的過程更像是一朵云的形成，是水汽的一點點積累；而不像砌一面墻那樣，把磚堆上去就好。

　　個誤區(qū)，對基礎(chǔ)知識重視不夠�；�礎(chǔ)知識是最簡單的但也是最重要的。

　　許多人面對這個問題時總是用不認(rèn)真、不仔細(xì)來解釋，但這不是根源。前面提到，即使去檢查也不一定能查出來，而且還會浪費一些思考偏難題的時間。因此，一次做對是關(guān)鍵。但怎樣才能一次做對呢？首先，要重視熟練。古人說熟能生巧，只有多做練習(xí)才能做到熟練，心中掛一個警鐘，一遇到這種題小心就能避免出錯。經(jīng)常做練習(xí)，看到這些題就能不假思索寫出正確答案，這樣就比我們草草做完，回頭花大量時間去檢查要好的多。

　　當(dāng)然，英語學(xué)習(xí)并不只是這么一點，同時需我們多進(jìn)行一些詞匯量的擴(kuò)展。課外閱讀是一個很好的方法。我們手中的空中英語教室就是一個很好的選擇。遇到不懂的單詞多查，多問。擴(kuò)充我們的詞匯庫。
