在社會主義核心價值觀24字中，對自由的內(nèi)涵表述是：自由是指人的意志自由、存在和發(fā)展的自由，是人類社會的美好向往，也是馬克思主義追求的社會價值目標(biāo)。今天在這里我想談?wù)勎宜斫獾淖杂伞?/p>
首先，我想與大家分享一個故事——有個一心想成名的人問他仰慕已久的科學(xué)家："我想發(fā)明一種萬能溶劑，它能溶掉世上所有物質(zhì)，您認(rèn)為如何？"科學(xué)家反問道："年輕人，那它被發(fā)明出來以后，你又用什么器皿盛放呢？"故事中的科學(xué)家一針見血地批駁了那個頭腦發(fā)熱的年輕人，因?yàn)槭澜缟蠌膩頉]有任何不被限制的事物。
顯而易見，現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中也沒有絕對的自由，都有著或多或少的約束。世上沒有絕對自由的人，也沒有絕對自由的國家。曾經(jīng)以為美國多么的民主自由，但事實(shí)上美國法律法規(guī)多如牛毛。國有國法，家有家規(guī)，校有校規(guī)，我們的一言一行都不是完全自由的，可以說每天都在被大大小小的規(guī)章制度所約束。很多人，奮力地追求著屬于自己的自由，卻經(jīng)常因行為過分偏激而失敗。其實(shí)，自由是相對的，追求自由的過程是受一定準(zhǔn)則約束的。
世間沒有絕對的自由，那么我們該用怎樣的心態(tài)去面對相對的"不自由",去看待身邊的"條條框框"呢？有些人選擇了埋怨，有些人選擇了忍耐，而我想說：我們要正視"約束",不斷完善自己，從而獲得更多的自由。
你希望你的學(xué)校聞名于世；你希望你的班級；你希望你的同學(xué)品學(xué)兼優(yōu)；你希望你的成績獨(dú)占鰲頭……可是，這所有的一切靠主觀的意愿便能實(shí)現(xiàn)嗎？當(dāng)然不是。除了老師的悉心指導(dǎo)、同學(xué)的主動配合之外，更要有行為規(guī)范作為督促和保障。于是，學(xué)校、班級內(nèi)的規(guī)定便應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。然而，本應(yīng)張開雙臂去擁抱它的你，卻在你未穿校服時忽視了它；卻在你上學(xué)遲到，或是上課與同學(xué)隨意說話時違背了它；卻在你犯下錯誤，刻意隱瞞逃避時傷害了它；卻在你*，禁不住分?jǐn)?shù)的*時違背了它……同學(xué)們，你們是否意識到，我們過分追求自由的不和諧的行為和最初對學(xué)校、對班級、甚至對自己的期待已經(jīng)背道而馳，若連最基本的規(guī)定都無法遵守，我們又怎能再去追求更深層面上的自由呢？
當(dāng)然，多數(shù)情況下，同學(xué)們都是與常規(guī)相伴，常規(guī)也報以我們的微笑。正是因?yàn)橛辛诉@些校規(guī)、班規(guī)的存在，我們才得到了合理的約束，從而才做到了惜時高效，從而能夠更好地完成每一天的學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)。因此，我們每一個人只有遵守了各項基本規(guī)定，才能在程度上獲得自由，自由的人因?yàn)橛辛俗陨淼膬r值觀念，才得以判斷哪些事情應(yīng)該做，哪些事情不該做。
總而言之，我們一直需要"約束",因?yàn)槲覀兿蛲杂桑?/p>

在平時，家里的作業(yè)堆成了山，我就像是被關(guān)在籠里的小鳥，沒有一丁點(diǎn)兒自由。當(dāng)然，有時候我也會有十幾分鐘時間來放松。
一次吃完飯后，我又像往常在房間里做著作業(yè)，當(dāng)我要做數(shù)學(xué)作業(yè)時，客廳里傳來了爸爸的聲音，“哎呀，差一點(diǎn)忘了樓下還有一袋在‘拼多多’上買的大米呢，我現(xiàn)在就下去拿�！甭牭竭@句話，我寫作業(yè)的心思全都沒了，我馬上打開房門，走到客廳對爸爸說：“我來幫你拿快遞吧，反正作業(yè)最多半個小時可以完成�！薄皼]有想到今天你竟然這么樂于助人，那好吧，現(xiàn)在把大米拿上來，小心點(diǎn)!大米有十五斤，挺重的�！薄拔抑懒恕！闭f完，立刻跑出家門，飛奔向電梯。我心想：好不容易有一個下樓拿快遞的機(jī)會，可不能白白浪費(fèi)，我還可以在小區(qū)里轉(zhuǎn)幾圈呢!
下了電梯，我沒有馬上去拿快遞，我先在小區(qū)里玩了五分鐘滑滑梯，又去池子里玩了一會兒水再去拿快遞。在樓下放松，心情就變好了，空氣也特別清新，真想再多玩一會兒，可又怕回遲了，老爸會罵�？爝f不是特別重，我一會兒就到家了。到了家，爸爸立刻問了好幾個問題：“為什么去了這么久?大米找到了嗎?你有沒有去哪里亂玩啦?”“大米找到了，我沒有去哪里玩，因?yàn)槟抢锏目爝f特別多，我一個一個找，找了好久才找到�！卑职贮c(diǎn)點(diǎn)頭說：“我知道了，現(xiàn)在你可以去做作業(yè)了�！蔽荫R下跑進(jìn)房間，做起了作業(yè)。

自由是魚兒遨游海底的歡暢，是鷹兒搏擊長空的高傲，而我心底的自由，在田野。
記得上一次去看望奶奶時，還是初春，地上還有星星點(diǎn)點(diǎn)的雪，樹木也才羞澀的抽出為數(shù)不多的綠芽，在略帶涼意的風(fēng)中搖曳。
一如既往，我獨(dú)自走在鄉(xiāng)間的小路上，前往最終的目的地，后大園。
后大園，顧名思義，村莊后面的大園子，雖說是“園”，但卻沒有任何阻隔，周圍的路四通八達(dá)，田間阡陌交通，幾乎占了整個村子一般的面積，正如陶淵明心中的桃花源一般，“有良田美池桑竹之屬”。這是村子里的人播種和收獲的地方。
走著走著，視野突然變得開闊了，那種豁然開朗的感覺，就好像從地獄突然到了天堂，像從冰窟一下子掉到了暖窩。這樣的意境，怎能不讓我癡迷，怎能不讓我屈服，是的，它征服了我的一切，自由，屬于我的自由。
偌大的場地被無數(shù)條小路分割開來，雜亂卻又不失美感，年前種下的小麥，正張著蔥綠的葉子，在風(fēng)中亂舞，時不時有幾只趕早春的鳥兒頑皮的在那葉子上啄幾下，隨后便唱著歡歌飛開了，像極了偷腥成功而得意的小貓，那景象就好似音符在跳躍，奏出了迎春之歌，也奏出了我對自由的渴望。
面對即將來臨的中考，我心中有太多苦悶，而這一切卻在此刻煙消云散，有的只是發(fā)自內(nèi)心的自由和無限的快樂。
走到園子深處，連片的樹林呈現(xiàn)在眼前，因?yàn)槭浅醮�，這里略顯荒蕪，而樹枝上的一星半點(diǎn)的綠色卻為這里增添了一些跳躍的活力。
腳落在那還未來得及化作春泥的枯葉上，軟軟的，雖然枯黃，卻仍討人喜歡，竟有些不忍心再邁出下一步。
田野，我心靈的歸屬，自由的地方，雖沒有桃花源一般的夢幻，卻也令我如癡如醉，深陷其中而不能自拔，只因?yàn)�，這里有我的自由，我所向往的自由，征服了我的自由。

一匹野馬，它也許沒有矯健的身軀，也許沒有驚人的速度，但它對自由的渴望超越了一切!它習(xí)慣了自由自在、無拘無束的生活：憤怒時奔馳于廣闊無垠的大草原上，望著藍(lán)天白云，望著綠草鮮花，仰天長嘯;悲傷時馳騁于林茂草豐的家園邊，狂吃青草以泄傷感;開心時止步于綠草如茵的小丘邊，轉(zhuǎn)著圈圈兒，玩著游戲。野馬的性子就是“野”，離開了“野”，它還能快樂、還能幸福嗎?

這已是周末的最后一天了，我作業(yè)還沒寫完，平時事情太多總是這兒補(bǔ)習(xí)，那兒補(bǔ)習(xí)，作業(yè)總沒時間做。
我有一個壞毛病就是事情多了，或作業(yè)寫久了，總會發(fā)出一種煩躁的“嗯嗯”聲。老媽最討厭聽我發(fā)出這種怪聲，所以她就說：“算了，時間也寫的挺久了，休息一會兒吧!”
我休息的時候并不像別人一樣短暫，自由的時間特別寶貴，可能只有10分鐘。我休息的時間很長有30分鐘。
老媽一說休息，我就馬上躺在床上想，我接下來干嘛呢?一般來說我會玩粘土，粘土在我的手中，捏成一個個活生生的小人。仿佛小人在我的手中活了似的，跳起了舞，看來我做的更像了。我還會做奶油(假的奶油)手機(jī)殼，就是把奶油膠擠在透明手機(jī)殼上，擠出一道道花紋。再放上裝飾物，等它干。
有時我也會看會兒肥皂劇，如果實(shí)在不知道干嘛，我就去給我的“肉肉”(多肉)澆水，給魚喂食，看著小魚吃的飽飽的，我心里快活極了。
自由的時間總是過得很快，即使是1小時，2小時……都會變得很快。眨眼間老媽又叫我回去寫作業(yè)，不過如果我嫌時間不夠老媽也會讓我多玩會兒。
