　　When having to make a choice most people think they have to choose between the two. Far too often people go for the latter and naturally choose fun. For instance many people would prefer watching television, or more commonly known as TV to exercising, we all know that it’s true, right? The problem is, if you don’t exercise you will become weak and ultimately out of shape and it is no fun to be out of shape, right? So the question is, why not turn exercise into fun?

　　As an example, if TV is your favorite thing to do, why not connect your TV set to an electric generator that is charged by a stationary bike, you know, the kind of bike you peddle, that doesn’t go anywhere. So think about it, the more you watch TV, the fitter you’ll be.

　　Now if you are the kind of person who thinks listening to music is fun and you spend many hours alone tap tap tapping your fingers and your toes to the beat, why not take it one step further and get up on your feet and dance, dance, dance.

　　Or maybe you’re the type of person who prefers being with your friends. There are many ways one could have fun with their pals. For instance you could just hang out and do nothing or better yet you could get into a friendly game of basketball or football there is no rule that says everyone has to be as good as Yao Ming or David Beckham, right?

　　However sometimes there just aren’t enough players, or you may even be alone in which case you could go for a ride on your bike, maybe, stop by the library to borrow a book, or go for a walk around the park and enjoy the sunshine and scenery. Before you know it, you’re having fun.

　　Let’s face it, exercise is work and when we think of work we think of thankless underpaid hardships yet it needn’t be this way, if we think of exercise as fun.

　　作為一個(gè)班主任，管理工作應(yīng)該是最重要的事情，但是需要注意到我們管理的對(duì)象是成長中的學(xué)生。在實(shí)際工作中，班主任可以負(fù)責(zé)很多方面的管理，從學(xué)生的日常行為規(guī)范、著裝，到他們的思想發(fā)展、前途規(guī)劃，以及班級(jí)的建設(shè)與發(fā)展。許多班主任都非常熱情，他們親自參與班級(jí)工作，早晚跟著學(xué)生，無所不管，有時(shí)甚至扮演著"管家"、“警察”或“保姆”的角色。這種管理方式確實(shí)有其優(yōu)點(diǎn)，因?yàn)榘嘀魅我恢备�著學(xué)生，如果擁有足夠的時(shí)間和精力，并且堅(jiān)持三年如一日，班級(jí)的狀況絕對(duì)不會(huì)變差。但是這種管理方式是最沒有技術(shù)含量的，它的最大問題在于管得過多過死，容易造成學(xué)生過于依賴，創(chuàng)造力和獨(dú)立性差，缺乏自我教育和自我管理的能力。最明顯的表現(xiàn)就是，當(dāng)班主任在場時(shí)，學(xué)生一個(gè)樣子，但班主任離開后，學(xué)生又是另一番模樣。這樣培養(yǎng)出來的學(xué)生在大學(xué)里的發(fā)展空間會(huì)受到限制。同時(shí)，這種管理方式也容易讓班主任陷入瑣事之中，導(dǎo)致精疲力竭，不利于他們自身的提升和發(fā)展。

　　陶行知先生主張，“教是為了引導(dǎo)學(xué)生自己去學(xué)習(xí)”，魏書生老師也認(rèn)同“管是為了讓學(xué)生自己去管理”。從根本上說，他們的思想是要充分發(fā)揮學(xué)生在教育管理中的主體作用，實(shí)現(xiàn)“自我管理與指導(dǎo)相結(jié)合”。

　　我認(rèn)為班主任在管理班級(jí)時(shí)承擔(dān)著重要的責(zé)任。具體而言，班主任需要關(guān)注以下幾個(gè)方面：首先，制定班級(jí)的長期目標(biāo)，確定班級(jí)工作的整體思路；其次，培養(yǎng)一支強(qiáng)大而有能力的干部隊(duì)伍，并進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)和監(jiān)督；再次，積極開展對(duì)個(gè)別學(xué)生和全體學(xué)生的思想工作，提高班級(jí)的凝聚力和向心力；最后，協(xié)調(diào)各方面的關(guān)系，形成教育合力。

　　而該放的要堅(jiān)決放手，學(xué)生能干的，班主任堅(jiān)決不要干。在做好以上工作的同時(shí)，班主任要大膽放手，把一些具體事務(wù)派下去，建立層次分明的立體型管理體系，如主題班會(huì)、每天的教室清潔、課間操甚至一些大型的活動(dòng)等等。班主任要充分調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生積極主動(dòng)性，分工授權(quán)，引導(dǎo)學(xué)生參與管理，逐步鍛煉和培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的自我教育和自我管理能力。但涉及到班級(jí)整體氛圍、班風(fēng)的事我是嚴(yán)格關(guān)注的，因?yàn)槲艺J(rèn)為這是大事兒。 總之，管大放小，管主放次，授權(quán)負(fù)責(zé)，分層管理，既有利于班級(jí)的建設(shè)與發(fā)展，又有利于學(xué)生個(gè)性完善、能力的提高。

　　二、活與靜的尺度

　　一個(gè)班級(jí)活躍的氛圍很好，但是也不能過于活躍，這就需要班主任具備駕馭這種氛圍的能力和恰到好處的把握。常有教師抱怨自己班上的學(xué)生不夠踏實(shí)，雖然課堂氣氛很活躍，但一到考試就表現(xiàn)不佳，我認(rèn)為這是度的問題。

　　在班級(jí)管理中，我認(rèn)為有三個(gè)方面非常重要：第一是課堂氛圍。我的第一個(gè)班級(jí)是20xx級(jí)的8班，在這一點(diǎn)上我感覺我是失敗的，上課有點(diǎn)沉悶。當(dāng)老師提出問題時(shí)，明明很多學(xué)生都知道答案，卻不愿意說出來，導(dǎo)致課堂上的情緒無法提升，影響了課堂效率。為了改善這一點(diǎn)，我在帶上一屆的20xx級(jí)這個(gè)班時(shí)采取了兩個(gè)我認(rèn)為比較有效的措施來營造良好的課堂氛圍。首先，在上課開始時(shí)，要求學(xué)生向老師充滿激情地問好，這是一個(gè)良好的開端�？梢韵胂�，高亢的問候聲既可以調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的激情，也可以激發(fā)老師的激情。其次，建議年級(jí)統(tǒng)一要求課桌上不能堆放過多的書籍，這樣不想?yún)⑴c課堂的學(xué)生就無處可躲，能夠有效地調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生參與課堂的積極性。特別是在高三年級(jí)，這一點(diǎn)尤為有效。第二個(gè)必須要注意的方面是各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)的活躍性。對(duì)于這一點(diǎn)，我認(rèn)為大膽地放手讓學(xué)生去完成可以有效激發(fā)學(xué)生的參與熱情和積極性。在玩耍的時(shí)候要盡情享受，充分發(fā)揮自己的水平。例如，在運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)時(shí)，我從來不主張學(xué)生僅僅專注于學(xué)習(xí)。我的要求是盡情參與，沒有項(xiàng)目的可以擔(dān)任拉拉隊(duì)員，或者從事服務(wù)工作。如果實(shí)在沒有其他任務(wù)，也可以當(dāng)觀眾。我告訴學(xué)生們，如果你總是坐在那里學(xué)習(xí)寫作業(yè)，從小方面說你就是不積極不關(guān)心集體，從大方面說你是自私自利影響班級(jí)團(tuán)結(jié)。大型活動(dòng)是檢驗(yàn)和提高一個(gè)班級(jí)凝聚力的最佳機(jī)會(huì)，因此班主任一定要重視，不能因?yàn)榕碌⒄`學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間而有意避開或表現(xiàn)不積極，特別是在班級(jí)建立之初。第三個(gè)，也是最重要的一點(diǎn)，就是學(xué)生的性格活躍。學(xué)習(xí)是學(xué)生最重要的任務(wù)，但學(xué)習(xí)并不是唯一的'任務(wù)，而且學(xué)習(xí)成績也不是孤立影響的，它由很多方面共同決定。特別是班主任在宏觀把握上不能只關(guān)注學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)成績高低。如果班上的學(xué)生沒有良好的心態(tài)和開朗的性格，我認(rèn)為學(xué)習(xí)效果會(huì)大打折扣。這就要求老師善于引導(dǎo)，在及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)一些跡象的時(shí)候能夠及時(shí)解決。特別是在與學(xué)生談心的時(shí)候，不要總是強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)習(xí)學(xué)習(xí)，可以多談?wù)勊�的特長，適當(dāng)指出他的問題，讓他覺得自己并不是一無是處，只需要堅(jiān)持一下、多一點(diǎn)努力就可以做得更好。

　　一個(gè)班級(jí)除了活，還離不開靜，靜不能等同于死，我在班級(jí)管理中一直高調(diào)的提倡兩個(gè)靜字(到過我們班教室的老師可能都看到過，我們班教室的兩側(cè)墻上一直的掛著兩個(gè)“靜”字)：第一個(gè)靜是學(xué)習(xí)的心態(tài)要靜，人只有在心平氣和的情況下才能有更高的效率，在這方面，我一直對(duì)學(xué)生說，在學(xué)習(xí)過程中，尤其是在自習(xí)時(shí)間，要能像僧人一樣能夠“入定”，學(xué)習(xí)過程中不能像一只兔子，外面的任何風(fēng)吹草動(dòng)都可以警覺的，這樣是不可能搞好學(xué)習(xí)的，在這方面我對(duì)學(xué)生提出了一個(gè)要求，很簡單，就是每次在自習(xí)課時(shí)，我進(jìn)教室的時(shí)候，班上的絕大多數(shù)同學(xué)應(yīng)該不知道我進(jìn)來(當(dāng)然我是安安靜靜的進(jìn)教室)，在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生這方面的素質(zhì)時(shí)尤其是要注意幾個(gè)重點(diǎn)對(duì)象，要善于抓重點(diǎn)，把幾個(gè)重點(diǎn)抓下來了，整個(gè)班級(jí)的氛圍就上來了。第二個(gè)靜是環(huán)境的安靜，雖然在強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)生的心要靜得下來，能夠抗得住干擾，但我們還是要為他們盡可能的創(chuàng)造出良好的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境，這個(gè)良好的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境我比較關(guān)注的主要是三個(gè)時(shí)間段，一個(gè)是自習(xí)時(shí)間，一個(gè)是午休時(shí)間，還有一個(gè)是課間時(shí)間，可能前面的兩個(gè)時(shí)間段都比較好理解，對(duì)于課間時(shí)間，很多老師可能并不理解，我是這么想的，很多會(huì)聽課的學(xué)生往往在上課的時(shí)候把絕大部分精力都用在認(rèn)真聽課上，所以筆記做得比較馬虎，只記了一個(gè)梗概，在下課的時(shí)候他們往往要用幾分鐘的時(shí)間對(duì)上節(jié)課的筆記進(jìn)行初步整理，有些同學(xué)有課前預(yù)習(xí)的習(xí)慣，也需要相對(duì)安靜的環(huán)境，所以即使是下課時(shí)間，我也要求學(xué)生保持教室的相對(duì)安靜，雖然不一定像自習(xí)課那樣絕對(duì)安靜，但也不能太吵，需要休息的同學(xué)盡可能到教室外面休息放松，在學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境方面，我有一個(gè)1>59的觀念，就是班上有60個(gè)學(xué)生，即使只有一個(gè)學(xué)生在搞學(xué)習(xí)，另外59個(gè)學(xué)生都要為他創(chuàng)造良好的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍，因?yàn)檫@個(gè)學(xué)生很可能就是你自己。去年學(xué)校作息時(shí)間改了后，下午兩點(diǎn)一十上課，所以晚自習(xí)前的時(shí)間多出20分鐘來，高三有很多班級(jí)都把晚自習(xí)進(jìn)教室時(shí)間提前了20分鐘，但我們班沒有硬性要求你什么時(shí)候進(jìn)教室，但有一點(diǎn)必須注意，就是你可以提前一點(diǎn)來，但只要你進(jìn)了教室就必須安靜下來，做不到這一點(diǎn)你就干脆遲一點(diǎn)，你可以不珍惜你自己的時(shí)間，但你沒有權(quán)利影響他人的學(xué)習(xí)。

　　三、嚴(yán)與寬的尺度

　　嚴(yán)格管理一直以來都是學(xué)校對(duì)班主任管理工作的要求，而班主任也深知嚴(yán)格管理的重要性。然而，需要注意的是，“嚴(yán)”并不代表要嚴(yán)厲、冷酷地對(duì)待學(xué)生，嚴(yán)格管理更注重的是在原則和紀(jì)律上的執(zhí)行。如果管理過于嚴(yán)苛，往往會(huì)導(dǎo)致學(xué)生個(gè)性受壓抑、自卑感加重、自制力不佳，甚至可能引發(fā)學(xué)生的逆反心理，進(jìn)而導(dǎo)致師生關(guān)系僵化。這既不利于學(xué)生身心健康的發(fā)展，也不利于班級(jí)工作的順利進(jìn)行。因此，班主任在進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格管理時(shí)，應(yīng)準(zhǔn)確掌握尺度，做到嚴(yán)而有度。

　　嚴(yán)格管理班級(jí)，我認(rèn)為注意這樣幾個(gè)方面的問題，一個(gè)是時(shí)間上，在新的班級(jí)建立之初，一定要有比較嚴(yán)格的管理，因?yàn)殚_始的嚴(yán)格便于學(xué)生的養(yǎng)成教育，一旦通過開始的嚴(yán)格管理使學(xué)生養(yǎng)成了良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣和行為習(xí)慣，以后的管理就會(huì)事半功倍，在這方面，我們有一個(gè)做得非常好的老師，就是我們組的唐敏老師，他在這方面非常有心得，他帶班往往也是以嚴(yán)格著稱，但是他投入最多的時(shí)候就是在建班之初，用他的話說就是開始整順了整服帖了，后面就輕松了，我也很贊成他的觀點(diǎn)，所以也一直在努力向他學(xué)習(xí)。第二是各種規(guī)章制度覺得能執(zhí)行的就制定，不能執(zhí)行的就干脆不要，這樣你將來的處罰才能夠嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行，不能讓學(xué)生有漏洞可鉆。第三就是嚴(yán)格的處罰也要講技巧，班主任一定要注意不能完全的一視同仁，不同的人要有不同的處理方法，一是慣犯與偶犯，我常給我的學(xué)生說，人無完人，誰都可能犯錯(cuò)，所以我允許大家犯錯(cuò)，比如說遲到的問題，我敢說，就是在座的各位，誰都不敢說自己從來沒有遲過到，所以我認(rèn)為學(xué)生偶爾遲到是一件非常正常的事兒，但是一定要區(qū)分偶爾遲到和經(jīng)常遲到，偶爾遲到是可以原諒的，但是經(jīng)常遲到就變成了一中習(xí)慣，有遲到習(xí)慣的同學(xué)絕對(duì)不能姑息，所以有時(shí)候我們班同樣兩個(gè)同學(xué)遲到，但一個(gè)可以只是稍微提醒就回到自己的座位上上自習(xí)，但另一個(gè)則只能站在教室后排上完自習(xí)，有時(shí)候甚至還有更嚴(yán)厲的處罰，比如說跑步，甚至聯(lián)合家長一起做專項(xiàng)治理。二是不同身份的同學(xué)的處理方法也應(yīng)該有所區(qū)別，對(duì)于班級(jí)的主要班干部，在公共場合有問題一定要處罰，但同時(shí)也要愛護(hù)，你想啊，任何一個(gè)管理者都需要有自己的鐵桿，如果所有人都不和你站在一邊，自己不就成了光桿司令了嗎，以后自己的治班思路和各項(xiàng)規(guī)定還怎么貫徹下去呢，所以這些同學(xué)一定要打一下還要摸一下，也就是不能把自己的核心隊(duì)伍打散了(但如果你覺得某個(gè)班干部不適合還是要果斷的換掉);對(duì)于那些成績很好的同學(xué)犯了錯(cuò)誤，一定要敢于批評(píng)，因?yàn)橥�往這些同學(xué)都是班里的榜樣，榜樣的力量是無窮的，如果這些同學(xué)不能管下來，他們產(chǎn)生的負(fù)面作用將是巨大的，班上一定不能有特殊的尖子生;最后是對(duì)于那些屢教不改的頑固分子要學(xué)會(huì)冷處理，要通過管理的手段在班級(jí)輿論上孤立他，讓他在班內(nèi)沒有市場，甚至有時(shí)候他犯了錯(cuò)也不理他，讓他和班級(jí)的同學(xué)都感覺他是一個(gè)特殊的人，當(dāng)他感覺到孤獨(dú)的時(shí)候，他自然會(huì)慢慢的回到主流中來的，和這樣的人對(duì)著桿，吃虧的往往是班主任，受損的往往是班級(jí)氛圍，最得意的是那些想出風(fēng)頭的學(xué)生，除非你已經(jīng)決定讓他離開或者判斷他可以用強(qiáng)硬的手段一次性把他拿下。在處理一些問題的時(shí)候，也可以通過選擇性發(fā)現(xiàn)來回避一些矛盾，也就是自己不太想處理的人和事可以巧妙的移開自己的視線，假裝沒有看見，而對(duì)于必須要處理的人和事則要明察秋毫，這也是一種技巧，也需要一個(gè)尺度的把握。最后，在原則問題面前，就沒有這么多區(qū)別了，不管是誰，只要犯了原則性錯(cuò)誤，那就是毫不客氣的，比如說影響他人學(xué)習(xí)的，擾亂課堂秩序的，頂撞老師的，考試舞弊的等等。嚴(yán)還必須與寬有效結(jié)合起來，靈活處理。當(dāng)然，不管是誰，處罰之后，班主任要私下做好被處罰學(xué)生的思想工作，使其正確認(rèn)識(shí)錯(cuò)誤，并努力改正。同時(shí)，對(duì)學(xué)生違紀(jì)處罰的方式要多樣化，要寓教育于處罰之中。大家耳熟能詳?shù)奈簳�生老師�?duì)學(xué)生犯錯(cuò)誤的處罰的三個(gè)一：唱一支歌，做一件好事，寫一份關(guān)于錯(cuò)誤的說明。他就把處罰變?yōu)樯鷦?dòng)的自我教育的做法，對(duì)我們是一個(gè)很好的啟迪。

　　工作實(shí)踐中，嚴(yán)和寬是教育中的兩個(gè)重要方面，相輔相成又對(duì)立統(tǒng)一。嚴(yán)并不意味著冷酷無情，寬也并非縱容放任。只有在教育中做到“嚴(yán)中有度，寬中有愛，愛中有教”，我們才能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)預(yù)期的教育效果。

　　四、與學(xué)生的關(guān)系尺度

　　亦師亦友，師生關(guān)系是一個(gè)常用的詞匯，用來形容良好的師生互動(dòng)。對(duì)于年輕的班主任來說，在掌握師和友的尺度上可能會(huì)有一些難度。在我看來，師和友中傾向于師的角色更為重要。師與友最大的不同之處在于嚴(yán)肅性和權(quán)威性。在教室和課堂上以及處理問題時(shí)，你就是老師，必須保持嚴(yán)肅和權(quán)威。尤其是在處理一些原則性問題時(shí)，不允許學(xué)生嬉笑調(diào)侃。作為班主任，必須具備控制局面的魄力。例如，自習(xí)課上進(jìn)入教室時(shí)，如果里面吵鬧，只需一聲“安靜”，教室立刻安靜下來；當(dāng)處理一個(gè)同學(xué)問題時(shí)，他和你嬉笑調(diào)侃，只需一聲“嚴(yán)肅點(diǎn)”，他會(huì)立刻站好規(guī)矩。如果此時(shí)還和他講“友情”，那就表明你作為班主任無能。當(dāng)然，這樣的權(quán)威和嚴(yán)肅并不是通過自己大喝一聲來實(shí)現(xiàn)的，而應(yīng)該是學(xué)生對(duì)你的尊敬感的結(jié)果。在關(guān)鍵時(shí)刻，學(xué)生敬畏你、服從你，是因?yàn)樗麄儗?duì)你的尊敬。這就不得不提到“友”這個(gè)詞。我認(rèn)為師生之間的友好關(guān)系主要體現(xiàn)在老師關(guān)心學(xué)生以及學(xué)生對(duì)老師的信任上。在這一點(diǎn)上，主動(dòng)權(quán)在于老師。只有當(dāng)老師真正關(guān)心學(xué)生、在生活中接近他們時(shí)，學(xué)生才會(huì)對(duì)老師產(chǎn)生足夠的信任感，才愿意與老師交流。這種交流就是一種友誼。在拉近師生間距離方面，我覺得陳曉偉老師做得非常出色。他曾經(jīng)說過一句讓我印象深刻的話。有一次，我準(zhǔn)備去體育館打球時(shí)，碰到陳老師拿著一個(gè)羽毛球拍從體育館走出來。熟悉他的老師都知道，陳老師的羽毛球技術(shù)并不好。我開玩笑地說：“你應(yīng)該打不過你的學(xué)生吧。”他回答：“我確實(shí)打不過，但我的目的是向他們示弱�！本褪沁@句話讓我至今仍在思考，原來示弱也是一種技巧，也是拉近師生關(guān)系的有效方法。很多老師都不愿意在學(xué)生面前示弱，希望在學(xué)生面前扮演神的角色。然而，我認(rèn)為這樣只會(huì)與學(xué)生疏遠(yuǎn)。事實(shí)上，要讓學(xué)生愿意接近你，首先得讓他們認(rèn)為你也是一個(gè)普通人，有自己的弱點(diǎn)，讓學(xué)生感受到在生活中他們完全可以接近你。這真是一種理想境界。然而，要達(dá)到這樣的境界，還有許多需要體會(huì)的。我覺得在這方面的尺度把握還遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠，一直在不斷探索中。也希望各位能給予我?guī)椭��?/p>

　　5、用公平民主平等學(xué)生

　　我們都知道公平民主是應(yīng)該講的，但實(shí)際上很少有人能夠真正做到。我相信自己在這方面已經(jīng)做得很好了。我告訴學(xué)生們，無論誰，只要你們不主動(dòng)找我，我都不會(huì)找你們談話。在我的眼里，我們班上沒有所謂的差生。即使是成績相對(duì)較差的學(xué)生，也可以過得很快樂，因?yàn)槲医o每個(gè)學(xué)生提供了展示各自特長的舞臺(tái)。不要在班級(jí)里說差生這樣的詞，因?yàn)橐坏┱f出來，就意味著有差生的存在，這樣他們就不會(huì)有機(jī)會(huì)變得更好。同樣，也不要說某某學(xué)生具備某項(xiàng)實(shí)力，因?yàn)檫@等于否定其他七八十位學(xué)生的實(shí)力。所以，在我們班級(jí)中，每個(gè)學(xué)生都覺得自己很出色，至少我希望如此。

　　6、 善于挖掘?qū)W生身上的閃光點(diǎn)

　　每個(gè)人都希望被贊揚(yáng)。不僅優(yōu)等生需要表揚(yáng)，學(xué)困生同樣需要贊揚(yáng)。實(shí)際上，學(xué)困生身上也存在著許多優(yōu)點(diǎn)，我們需要去發(fā)現(xiàn)和挖掘。作為班主任，我們應(yīng)該善于發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)困生身上的閃光點(diǎn)，給予他們信任，并引導(dǎo)他們有意識(shí)地發(fā)揚(yáng)優(yōu)點(diǎn)，克服缺點(diǎn)，從而朝著積極的方向發(fā)展。作為班主任，我們不應(yīng)吝嗇對(duì)學(xué)生的表揚(yáng)，而應(yīng)該多多激勵(lì)他們。我曾經(jīng)在全班同學(xué)面前發(fā)過火，但事后我反思，自己當(dāng)時(shí)的樣子是否很難看，是否有損教師的形象。如果可以通過其他方式教育學(xué)生，為什么要發(fā)火和斥責(zé)呢？這樣做既傷害到自己的身體，又使班級(jí)的氛圍變得壓抑。其實(shí)，學(xué)生擁有不同的教育基礎(chǔ)，來自不同的家庭，智力水平也不相同，因此學(xué)生的發(fā)展是多層面的。只要他們?cè)谠�有基礎(chǔ)上取得進(jìn)步就足夠了。我認(rèn)為，“蹲下來看學(xué)生”大概就是換一種角度看待學(xué)生吧。我們不能用同樣的方式要求每個(gè)學(xué)生，因?yàn)閷W(xué)生的發(fā)展是多方面的。我們應(yīng)該多考慮學(xué)生自身的特點(diǎn)，因材施教。

　　7、 要有一顆平常心，要會(huì)自得其樂。

　　當(dāng)一名班主任，是一項(xiàng)艱巨而又不易的任務(wù)；而成為一名優(yōu)秀的班主任更加不容易。很多人可能會(huì)抱怨班主任工作的辛苦，這也導(dǎo)致了許多人不愿意擔(dān)任班主任的職務(wù)。然而，如果你目前就是一名班主任，我希望你不要抱怨，而要以平常心對(duì)待這份工作，并從中尋找快樂。我們要在工作和生活中都能感到快樂，要換一種角度去思考問題，合理地排解自己的消極情緒，學(xué)會(huì)享受其中的樂趣。只有保持良好的情緒，才能影響學(xué)生，進(jìn)而取得更好的教育教學(xué)效果。

　　It is a commonplace among moralists that you cannot get happiness by pursuing it. This is only true if you pursue it unwisely. For most people, the pursuit of happiness, unless supplemented in various ways, is too abstract and theoretical to be adequate as a personal rule of life. But I think that whatever personal rule of life you may choose it should not, except in rare and heroic cases, be incompatible with happiness. If you look around at the men and women whom you can call happy, you will see that they all have certain things in common.

　　The most important of these things is an activity which at most gradually builds up something that you are glad to see coming into existence. Women who take an instinctive pleasure in their children can get this kind of satisfaction out of bringing up a family. Artists and authors and men of science get happiness in this way if their own work seems good to them. But there are many humbler forms of the same kind of pleasure. Many men who spend their working life in the city devote their weekends to voluntary and unremunerated toil in their gardens, and when the spring comes, they experience all the joys of having created beauty. The whole subject of happiness has, in my opinion, been treated too solemnly.

　　It had been thought that man cannot be happy without a theory of life or a religion. Perhaps those who have been rendered unhappy by a bad theory may need a better theory to help them to recover, just as you may need a tonic when you have been ill. But when things are normal a man should be healthy without a tonic and happy without a theory. It is the simple things that really matter. If a man delights in his wife and children, has success in work, and finds pleasure in the alternation of day and night, spring and autumn, he will be happy whatever his philosophy may be. If, on the other hand, he finds his wife fateful, his children’s noise unendurable, and the office a nightmare; if in the daytime he longs for night, and at night sighs for the light of day, then what he needs is not a new philosophy but a new regimen--a different diet, or more exercise, or what not. Man is an animal, and his happiness depends on his physiology more than he likes to think. This is a humble conclusion, but I cannot make myself disbelieve it. Unhappy businessmen, I am convinced, would increase their happiness more by walking six miles every day than by any conceivable change of philosophy.
