　　英語的口頭表達能力雖然不是我們考試的必備能力，但它卻是同學們將來所需要的最重要的，最實用的英語技能。一口流利的英語是每一個英語學習者所夢想達到的理想水平。重視口語能力的訓練不僅對未來有重要意義，對提高同學們高中階段的英語水平也有非常重要的意義。說英語就是運用英語。語言能力和語言知識，同許多其它能力和知識一樣，只有通過運用，并且經(jīng)常運用才會真正地學到手，學到家。英語是一門語言。語言是聽出來的，是經(jīng)過不斷模仿后才能說出來的。高中生的英語口語能力要求，除了一般日常交際應答以外，還應該具備能連續(xù)表達含五個以上的句子。練就一口流暢的英語口語需要同學們抓住三個機會：一是課堂上老師為同學們提供的開口機會。二是課前演講或者值日報告的機會。三是早讀是個好機會。早讀不應該總是停留在背單詞、背課文這樣的簡單勞動中。單詞不是用來背誦的。朗讀單詞的目的是要把單詞的發(fā)音讀準，并且能上口，讀起來不勉強，不繞口。課文也不是用來背誦的。熟讀課文是為了加深理解，鞏固詞匯知識和語法知識。既然口語能力那么重要，同學們不妨把背誦或者復述課文當成是口語表達或者演講的準備呢？換句話說，把課文材料準備得再熟悉不過以后，來一次演講展示，那且不美哉！真正的高英語水平絕不是看書看出來的，也不是做習題能做出來的，更不是聽老師講課能聽出來的。早讀期間通過不斷模仿，放聲吼叫，反復實踐，你一定能快速提高自己的口語表達能力。

　　英語短文閱讀的重要性不僅表現(xiàn)在高中英語考試中它的份量最大，而且還表現(xiàn)在英語短文是英語詞匯知識和語法知識的載體方面。詞匯量的擴大、詞匯知識的豐富和句子表達的多樣性光靠死記硬背是無法也不可能實現(xiàn)的。擴大詞匯量、豐富自己的詞匯知識和地道完美的表達自己只有依靠優(yōu)良的閱讀習慣。教材課文是精讀材料，需要同學們讀熟讀透，直至能開口娓娓道來為止。課外閱讀又叫泛讀。高中英語新課標教材對高中前八個模塊的學習有一個要求：課外閱讀要完成30萬單詞的閱讀量。也就是說：同學們需要每天有500到700個單詞量的閱讀。課外閱讀也是運用語言的一種必不可少的形式。課外閱讀不能停留在完成幾道閱讀理解試題或者完形填空試題。關鍵在盡量弄懂文章中的每一句話含義、長難句的結構。留意你還不很熟悉的詞匯、詞匯知識和語法知識。還要去認真體會不同的英語句子在表達上的精確性。千萬不要在一些你還不認識的，拼寫怪誕，發(fā)音困難的生僻詞匯上浪費時間和精力。

　　閱讀能力，除詞匯量大小以外，還包含閱讀速度、長難句理解、和把握主題大意的能力。要會快速閱讀，同學們必須學會一些閱讀的技能：如：skimming(跳讀)、scanning(掃讀)和digesting(研讀)。Skimming和scanning就是根據(jù)閱讀任務在文中查找相關信息。Digesting主要是用來理解長難句、把握主題大意和作者意圖以及猜測詞義的技術。不僅要研讀長難句結構，也還需要研讀邏輯關系。

　　流暢的短文表達能力在很大程度上依賴于你的詞匯量、詞匯知識和句法知識。它們的積累在于平時的聽、說和讀的活動。寫作表達能力中，你的英語句式的結構思維能力或者英語習慣思維能力會對表達能力有重要影響。這就需要同學們平時養(yǎng)成一個良好習慣：那就是總是試圖用英語來表達出你眼睛所看到的，耳朵能聽到的，身體能感受到的和你思想能想到的。除此之外，一篇優(yōu)秀的短文還少不了三個要素：即結構，內(nèi)容和語言。

　　一片結構完美的英文短文，尤其是說明文和議論文，往往有一個比較完優(yōu)美的，誘人深入閱讀的開頭語。主題句是可從開頭語中自然而然過度而來。你所程述的觀點，一般都要用事實做論證，或者用具體方式方法來支持。巧妙的結論句往往能使文章錦上添花。

　　內(nèi)容需要真實，合乎情理，能讓人信服。文中不要有與主題無關的內(nèi)容。

　　語言要盡可能是地道的，去漢語化的英語。要經(jīng)常套用自己在閱讀中、在課堂上學來句子結構去表達自己。要敢于嘗試用比較復雜的句子結構和比較高級的詞匯來使文章進一步美化。

　　聽所讀寫四大技能并不是各自孤立的，也是相互作用和相互制約的。如果平時，只注重某一項技能的學習和訓練，那是不可能成為一位真正的英語強手的。

　　任何一門學科都需要踏實的學習作風。外語也不例外。學外語的實主要表現(xiàn)在以下幾個方面：

　　一、落實詞匯、詞匯知識和特殊句式的積累。落實詞匯和詞匯知識并不是反復背記詞匯表中的單詞。落實詞匯、詞匯知識以及特殊句式的最好辦法是先探究后運用。一個詞匯在經(jīng)過七到八次在不同時間和不同的語境中運用后，它就是你的了。詞匯知識和特殊句式也是一樣。寫作是運用，造句是運用，閱讀，傾聽和與他人用英語交流也是運用。借助詞典進行造句練習，在造句中運用新學的詞匯不失為一種行之有效的簡單易行的方式。

　　二、落實課外閱讀。每天堅持花半小時閱讀一兩篇短文。一要真正讀懂。二要留意詞匯運用。

　　三、落實早自習精讀。每次有硬指標，死任務。

　　四、落實課內(nèi)課外書面作業(yè)。簡單的完成老師布置的作業(yè)量并不是落實。書面作業(yè)質的落實必須是在真正懂了、記住了的基礎上又快又好的獨立的、閉卷式的完成書面作業(yè)。對發(fā)現(xiàn)的漏洞和缺陷要采取補救措施。

　　五、落實自主探究的學習能力培養(yǎng)。學習中缺乏自主探究，不善于利用團隊合作和與老師溝通是很多高中生在學習中存在的一種普遍想象。老師不是保姆，老師不可能把英語的詞匯知識和英語的四大能力烹制成一道道佳肴后，一口一口地喂進學生的口中。老師的探究代替不了學生的探究。學習能力的培養(yǎng)主要是探究能力的培養(yǎng)。學會了探究，你才會在知識的大海中暢游。學會了探究，你才會成為終身學習者。英語學科的探究應該表現(xiàn)在對某一特定詞匯在文中、在句中的.用法和含義的探究，對長難句結構和含義的探究，對相關知識關聯(lián)的探究，對作者意圖、主題大意的探究，當然也包含對學法的探究。要探究知識，要有工具（詞典以及各種手冊等）的幫助，更要有團隊的合作，還要有老師的幫助。團隊合作可以讓你取他人之長補自己之短，還可以集思廣益，產(chǎn)生思想火花。常與老師溝通是可以使你更容易發(fā)現(xiàn)前進的方向，少走彎路。

　　總而言之，英語學習需要同學們從聽說讀寫四大技能方面養(yǎng)成良好的學習習慣，堅持語言知識積累、精讀、泛讀、課內(nèi)課外作業(yè)和自主探究五個方面的腳踏實地地勤奮努力，就能夠比較輕松地完成高中英語的學習，為自己將來的遠大理想奠定堅實的外語基礎。

　　我們的家長都非常重視孩子們的英語學習，大家都意識到英語學習不管是對我們的日常生活還是升學來說，都有著重要的作用，有著重大的意義。而我們中學階段的教學目的在于培養(yǎng)學生的學習興趣、良好的語言習慣、運用英語進展交際的能力以及跨文化意識。因此，我的課堂也是圍繞聽、說、讀、寫幾個方面對所學知識進展操練和運用。通過一段時間的教學，我發(fā)現(xiàn)這個班學生都特別負責，班風、學風也很好，最重要的是絕大多數(shù)的同學自尊心強，上進心強，這使我對他們充滿信心。

　　但同樣也發(fā)現(xiàn)了以下問題：

　　英語學習方面：

　　1、學習心態(tài)和態(tài)度不端正。少部分學生沒有意識到學習英語的重要性，對于學習英語是抱著無態(tài)度。

　　2、學習習慣不夠好。我要求學生在上課前集體朗讀單詞或課文，這對鍛煉他們的'英語口語和音準有很大的幫助，但是還是有好幾個學生態(tài)度不端正，敷衍了事。我還要求讀英語的時候用手指單詞和句子，有利于對單詞的記憶，并且能更好的集中注意力。但是有很多人沒有這種習慣，眼睛盯著天花板，盯著窗戶讀的都有，甚至還有的同學邊發(fā)呆邊跟著讀，這樣就沒有效果。還存在著嚴重的畏難情緒，我給的問題或是閱讀材料還剛出來就有人抱怨“我不會做”、“這么難”、“看不懂”，我會反問他們“你還沒看題怎么知道不會做?遇到困難首先想到的不是解決問題而是逃避，那么你永遠不會進步”。這段時間這種情況幾乎沒有了。

　　3、少數(shù)同學根底不好。到現(xiàn)在26個字母還讀不全、默不全。這也是頗讓人頭疼的問題。

　　4、閱讀能力欠佳，有待提高。閱讀在今后的升學考試，包括中考、高考、研究生考試以及大學英語四、六級考試中都占有很大的分值。但我們的學生對于閱讀暫時還沒有概念。我要求他們把閱讀材料讀三遍，第一遍泛讀，也就是瀏覽;第二遍精讀，把生詞劃出來，根據(jù)上下文理解單詞的意思;第三遍答復以下問題，但是很少有同學能夠嚴格按照要求完成，往往是讀了一遍就不想讀了。 針對以上問題，我也研究了一些方法和策略，需要各位家長的配合和支持。

　　1、催促學生在家聽英語磁帶，每周不少于1小時，最好能每天堅持聽10—15分鐘，這將對孩子的學習有很大幫助。

　　2、爭取消化當天所學的單詞，不要積壓任務。我會在每單元完畢的時候組織一次聽寫，并要求學生帶回家給家長過目。

　　3、請家長催促孩子在家里完成家庭作業(yè)，以免他們來學校在匆忙之中互相抄襲。有時的默寫作業(yè)我也會煩請各位家長簽字，這也是為了給學生一點點壓力，讓他們知道父母會經(jīng)常檢查他們的作業(yè)本，一定要認真寫才行。家長可以讓學生自己默寫或者報中文意思都可以，但最重要的是在學生默完后，催促他們對著書本更正。

　　4、每一個單元都有閱讀的部分，并且附有課后習題。如果你的孩子英語根底不是很好，可以催促他們先在家，做適當?shù)念A習。 生物學習方面：

　　每個學生對這個世界的事物充滿了好奇心，上課時氣氛活潑，積極表現(xiàn)，課堂作業(yè)很認真，家庭作業(yè)也能按時完成，考試成績優(yōu)異。

　　There are many things need to recorded on books. Books are something meaningful and practical. I should say, in our country, printed books wouldn't be abandoned within 20 years at least for two reasons.

　　Firstly, books are classical container of knowledge. They accompany human to advance. A student without books could be someway ridiculous.

　　Secondly, our country haven't developed so strong to make every student study by computer or other forms of electronic tools. And even after 20 years, the possibility is also very small.

　　對于絕大多數(shù)同學來說，英語始終是心頭大患。我與大家經(jīng)歷相同，從4年級便被扣上了這頂帽子，每一次考試，英語總是給我拖后腿，但在一次次摸索中，我也在不斷進步，總結了一些經(jīng)驗。正所謂“方向不對，努力白費”，正確的學習方法會使我們的學習效率大大提高，從而達到事半功倍的目的。下面是我總結的一些學習英語的經(jīng)驗，希望可以供同學們參考。

　　第一，做好課堂筆記。

　　顧名思義，課堂筆記便是利用課堂時間將老師所講的重點、難點、疑點記下，千萬不可以“手懶”，對于知識零碎的英語來說更是如此，好記性不如爛筆頭。然后是回顧筆記，回顧筆記才是做筆記的重點，建議大家，周末時專門抽出時間回顧一下當周所做的筆記，這樣能有效地緩解緊張的心理，可以讓你在下一周的學習中得心應手。舉個我自己的`例子吧，記得有一次英語抽測，我抱著僥幸的心理，沒有做好復習工作，所以考試前就開始臨時抱佛腳，結果到了最后，根本沒有時間復習完，考試時慌慌張張，考得一塌糊涂。所以說，做好筆記對于學生來說十分重要。

　　第二，整理回顧錯題。

　　對于很多同學來說，都能做到整理錯題，但重點是我們不僅僅要整理，更要回顧與反思。所謂“好馬不吃回頭草”對我們學生萬萬不可適用，要想成功擠過中考這座獨木橋，就必須回顧自己的錯題，也防止再出現(xiàn)類似的失誤。再舉個例子吧，我開始和很多同學一樣只是糾一下錯，之后就不管了，但是有一次考試，我真記得做過某一題，就是忘了怎么做，結果不僅沒做出題，心情也糟糕透頂，考試結果可想而知慘不忍睹，后來我學著經(jīng)�；仡欏e題本，慢慢地積累，厚積薄發(fā)，考試也不再出現(xiàn)類似的失誤。

　　許多人面對這個問題時總是用不認真、不仔細來解釋，但這不是根源。前面提到，即使去檢查也不一定能查出來，而且還會浪費一些思考偏難題的時間。因此，一次做對是關鍵。但怎樣才能一次做對呢？首先，要重視熟練。古人說熟能生巧，只有多做練習才能做到熟練，心中掛一個警鐘，一遇到這種題小心就能避免出錯。經(jīng)常做練習，看到這些題就能不假思索寫出正確答案，這樣就比我們草草做完，回頭花大量時間去檢查要好的多。
