　　20xx年我畢業(yè)于xx大學(xué)外語學(xué)院師范英語專業(yè)，四年的大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)讓我掌握了扎實(shí)的語言功底。作為年輕教師，我從不敢懈怠，堅(jiān)持利用業(yè)余時(shí)間學(xué)習(xí)，提高自身業(yè)務(wù)水平。通過一年的教學(xué)工作，我的教學(xué)業(yè)務(wù)水平得到了很大的提升。今天，我競(jìng)聘的是二年級(jí)英語教師，之所以競(jìng)聘這個(gè)崗位，基于以下三點(diǎn)原因：

　　一、了解并熱愛我的學(xué)生

　　三、我有較好的年齡優(yōu)勢(shì)

　　我正當(dāng)青春年華，精力旺盛，敬業(yè)精神高，能夠全身心地投入到自己熱愛的教學(xué)工作中去。這一點(diǎn)也深受學(xué)生喜愛。

　　為了趕上課改的步伐，我利用課余時(shí)間學(xué)習(xí)了《英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》，深入了解它的基本理念。其中強(qiáng)調(diào)教學(xué)要面向全體學(xué)生，注重素質(zhì)教育，特別強(qiáng)調(diào)要關(guān)注每個(gè)學(xué)生的情感，激發(fā)他們的興趣，幫助他們建立學(xué)習(xí)的成就感和自信心。所以在教學(xué)中，我始終以學(xué)生為中心，發(fā)揮他們的主體作用，采用以學(xué)生為中心的教學(xué)思路，充分考慮學(xué)生的現(xiàn)有基礎(chǔ)，興趣愛好，學(xué)習(xí)風(fēng)格等差異。讓學(xué)生體驗(yàn)和積極參與，建構(gòu)知識(shí)，形成積極的態(tài)度，促進(jìn)語言實(shí)際運(yùn)用能力的提高。

　　如果我有幸競(jìng)聘成功，能擔(dān)任三四年級(jí)英語教師的話，我將從以下方面開展工作：

　　2、學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣不夠好。我要求學(xué)生在上課前集體朗讀單詞或課文，這對(duì)鍛煉他們的'英語口語和音準(zhǔn)有很大的幫助，但是還是有好幾個(gè)學(xué)生態(tài)度不端正，敷衍了事。我還要求讀英語的時(shí)候用手指單詞和句子，有利于對(duì)單詞的記憶，并且能更好的集中注意力。但是有很多人沒有這種習(xí)慣，眼睛盯著天花板，盯著窗戶讀的都有，甚至還有的同學(xué)邊發(fā)呆邊跟著讀，這樣就沒有效果。還存在著嚴(yán)重的畏難情緒，我給的問題或是閱讀材料還剛出來就有人抱怨“我不會(huì)做”、“這么難”、“看不懂”，我會(huì)反問他們“你還沒看題怎么知道不會(huì)做?遇到困難首先想到的不是解決問題而是逃避，那么你永遠(yuǎn)不會(huì)進(jìn)步”。這段時(shí)間這種情況幾乎沒有了。

　　3、少數(shù)同學(xué)根底不好。到現(xiàn)在26個(gè)字母還讀不全、默不全。這也是頗讓人頭疼的問題。

　　4、閱讀能力欠佳，有待提高。閱讀在今后的升學(xué)考試，包括中考、高考、研究生考試以及大學(xué)英語四、六級(jí)考試中都占有很大的分值。但我們的學(xué)生對(duì)于閱讀暫時(shí)還沒有概念。我要求他們把閱讀材料讀三遍，第一遍泛讀，也就是瀏覽;第二遍精讀，把生詞劃出來，根據(jù)上下文理解單詞的意思;第三遍答復(fù)以下問題，但是很少有同學(xué)能夠嚴(yán)格按照要求完成，往往是讀了一遍就不想讀了。 針對(duì)以上問題，我也研究了一些方法和策略，需要各位家長的配合和支持。

　　1、催促學(xué)生在家聽英語磁帶，每周不少于1小時(shí)，最好能每天堅(jiān)持聽10—15分鐘，這將對(duì)孩子的學(xué)習(xí)有很大幫助。

　　顧名思義，課堂筆記便是利用課堂時(shí)間將老師所講的重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)、疑點(diǎn)記下，千萬不可以“手懶”，對(duì)于知識(shí)零碎的英語來說更是如此，好記性不如爛筆頭。然后是回顧筆記，回顧筆記才是做筆記的重點(diǎn)，建議大家，周末時(shí)專門抽出時(shí)間回顧一下當(dāng)周所做的筆記，這樣能有效地緩解緊張的心理，可以讓你在下一周的學(xué)習(xí)中得心應(yīng)手。舉個(gè)我自己的`例子吧，記得有一次英語抽測(cè)，我抱著僥幸的心理，沒有做好復(fù)習(xí)工作，所以考試前就開始臨時(shí)抱佛腳，結(jié)果到了最后，根本沒有時(shí)間復(fù)習(xí)完，考試時(shí)慌慌張張，考得一塌糊涂。所以說，做好筆記對(duì)于學(xué)生來說十分重要。

　　第二，整理回顧錯(cuò)題。

　　對(duì)于很多同學(xué)來說，都能做到整理錯(cuò)題，但重點(diǎn)是我們不僅僅要整理，更要回顧與反思。所謂“好馬不吃回頭草”對(duì)我們學(xué)生萬萬不可適用，要想成功擠過中考這座獨(dú)木橋，就必須回顧自己的錯(cuò)題，也防止再出現(xiàn)類似的失誤。再舉個(gè)例子吧，我開始和很多同學(xué)一樣只是糾一下錯(cuò)，之后就不管了，但是有一次考試，我真記得做過某一題，就是忘了怎么做，結(jié)果不僅沒做出題，心情也糟糕透頂，考試結(jié)果可想而知慘不忍睹，后來我學(xué)著經(jīng)�；仡欏e(cuò)題本，慢慢地積累，厚積薄發(fā)，考試也不再出現(xiàn)類似的失誤。

　　第三，要利用零碎的時(shí)間。

　　英語是一門需要長期積累的科目，知識(shí)點(diǎn)很多，一定要好好利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)和其他移動(dòng)方便的設(shè)備，更不用說書籍和雜志這樣的傳統(tǒng)學(xué)習(xí)資源！你完全可以在課間、排隊(duì)、午休等時(shí)間記幾個(gè)單詞，要養(yǎng)成“天天英語”的習(xí)慣，每天按老師的要求作一篇完形閱讀，堅(jiān)持天天聽英語。其實(shí)學(xué)英語的過程更像是一朵云的形成，是水汽的一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)積累；而不像砌一面墻那樣，把磚堆上去就好。

　　個(gè)誤區(qū)，對(duì)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)重視不夠�；�礎(chǔ)知識(shí)是最簡單的但也是最重要的。

　　許多人面對(duì)這個(gè)問題時(shí)總是用不認(rèn)真、不仔細(xì)來解釋，但這不是根源。前面提到，即使去檢查也不一定能查出來，而且還會(huì)浪費(fèi)一些思考偏難題的時(shí)間。因此，一次做對(duì)是關(guān)鍵。但怎樣才能一次做對(duì)呢？首先，要重視熟練。古人說熟能生巧，只有多做練習(xí)才能做到熟練，心中掛一個(gè)警鐘，一遇到這種題小心就能避免出錯(cuò)。經(jīng)常做練習(xí)，看到這些題就能不假思索寫出正確答案，這樣就比我們草草做完，回頭花大量時(shí)間去檢查要好的多。

　　當(dāng)然，英語學(xué)習(xí)并不只是這么一點(diǎn)，同時(shí)需我們多進(jìn)行一些詞匯量的擴(kuò)展。課外閱讀是一個(gè)很好的方法。我們手中的空中英語教室就是一個(gè)很好的選擇。遇到不懂的單詞多查，多問。擴(kuò)充我們的詞匯庫。
