　　1.給小學(xué)教師：小學(xué)應(yīng)盡快改變英語教學(xué)發(fā)展極不均衡的狀況，（11年五年級畢業(yè)考試成績，學(xué)情相近的顧?quán)l(xiāng)片最高和最低的平均分相差26分，）全體教師都應(yīng)該提高責(zé)任意識，而不僅僅是一部分學(xué)校和一部分教師，全體教師都要學(xué)習(xí)地段小學(xué)的做法，克服困難，研究教學(xué)方法，特別是要幫助中差生培養(yǎng)英語學(xué)習(xí)的興趣，解決英語學(xué)習(xí)的困難。在小學(xué)階段，幫助中差生比成績優(yōu)秀的學(xué)生更為重要。爭取讓所有的小學(xué)生帶著對英語學(xué)生的熱愛和自信，以及格以上的成績升入初中。郊區(qū)爭取三年內(nèi)達到這個目標(biāo)。

　　2.給中學(xué)教師：中學(xué)教師應(yīng)該更全面地更深入地了解小學(xué)的教學(xué)情況，包括熟悉小學(xué)的全部的教學(xué)內(nèi)容，在此基礎(chǔ)上才能有的放矢地高效地教學(xué)。

　　11年9月，全區(qū)初一的摸底成績平均分是65分，學(xué)生應(yīng)該從65分的基礎(chǔ)上學(xué)習(xí)，而不是從零起點學(xué)起。目前只有部分學(xué)校、教師做了此項工作，他們認真研究學(xué)生現(xiàn)狀，提高學(xué)生整體成績，減少兩級分化。還有的中學(xué)教師參加小學(xué)的教研活動，例如，57中這學(xué)期選派了業(yè)務(wù)非常出色的骨干教師到英語教師數(shù)量不足的愛國小學(xué)進行支援，這位老師虛心的參加小學(xué)的教研活動，了解小學(xué)的教學(xué)要求。

　　但還有相當(dāng)一部分學(xué)校的教師還沒有認真的研究，或研究的還不夠細致。如，我去年11月中旬，聽了三所學(xué)校6位教師的同一節(jié)課，其中兩個a組學(xué)校，他們的學(xué)生入學(xué)平均成績都在70分以上，教師授課內(nèi)容是七單元"my house"第一課時，"warm up"中學(xué)習(xí)5個房間的名稱詞和4個表示方位的介詞，這部分內(nèi)容在小學(xué)也是重點，小學(xué)的四會生詞表中已包含了其中的4個房間名稱和三個介詞，但所有的6位教師無一例外地對這九個單詞全部平均分配了學(xué)習(xí)時間，沒有關(guān)注哪些是學(xué)生已知的內(nèi)容，造成了嚴(yán)重的浪費。此外學(xué)生小學(xué)還學(xué)了diningroom,但無一名教師給學(xué)生機會說出已知的詞匯。學(xué)生在小學(xué)比較熟知的方位介詞"next to, behind, near"也只有三位教師涉及。很顯然，這樣的教學(xué)沒有充分地考慮到學(xué)生的已有知識基礎(chǔ)。

　　隨著小學(xué)教師的數(shù)量的補充，統(tǒng)考要求的落實，相信我們區(qū)大部分小學(xué)的英語的教學(xué)質(zhì)量是會穩(wěn)步提高的，因此中學(xué)老師為做好銜接的必修課是了解小學(xué)生的已有知識基礎(chǔ)。途徑很簡單，我們的教研博客中足夠的資料可以閱讀和下載。也懇請各位中學(xué)的教研組長在指導(dǎo)20xx年的初一教學(xué)時能夠提醒老師們不要再犯這類的錯誤。

　　3.對全體教師：必須明確中小銜接中對語音與詞匯的要求，小學(xué)不進行音標(biāo)教學(xué)，沒時間也沒必要，規(guī)則的單詞按照發(fā)音規(guī)則可以直呼的，不規(guī)則的單詞在小學(xué)通過聽音模仿學(xué)習(xí)。小學(xué)教師必須從字母教學(xué)開始就滲透讀音規(guī)則，詞匯拼讀方法的指導(dǎo)上，教師必須指導(dǎo)到位，訓(xùn)練到位，不僅為中學(xué)，更為學(xué)生的終生的英語學(xué)家奠定基礎(chǔ)。

　　初一的音標(biāo)教學(xué)要在對小學(xué)詞匯的發(fā)音規(guī)則的總結(jié)基礎(chǔ)上進行，音標(biāo)是認讀不規(guī)則單詞的工具，能用音標(biāo)拼讀即可，不需要在音標(biāo)教學(xué)上花費過多的時間，注意提高教學(xué)的效率。對于規(guī)則的詞還應(yīng)該延續(xù)小學(xué)的直呼法，簡單、省時、實用、高效。

　　如何完成從小學(xué)英語到初中英語的過渡

　　各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、老師下午好！

　　首先感謝各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)為我們搭建這個平臺，感謝區(qū)教研室對六年級英語教師的耐心指導(dǎo)和悉心幫助，使我們有機會對小學(xué)英語到初中英語的過渡問題進行交流。

　　剛邁入初中校門的學(xué)生，英語學(xué)習(xí)面臨著從注重聽說訓(xùn)練到培養(yǎng)學(xué)生聽、說、讀、寫四項技能的過渡。因此，初中起始階段的英語教師既要注重知識上的梳理，歸類，做好過渡與銜接；又要關(guān)注學(xué)生能力的培養(yǎng)。這就要求教師了解小、初中英語教學(xué)要求的差異，熟悉小、初中教材的內(nèi)容，然后根據(jù)剛升入初中學(xué)生的心理和思維特點，制定相應(yīng)的教學(xué)目標(biāo)，采取切實可行的教學(xué)方法，充分發(fā)揮教師在教學(xué)中的主導(dǎo)作用和學(xué)生作為教學(xué)主體的能動性，幫助學(xué)生實現(xiàn)小初中的自然銜接和平穩(wěn)過渡。由于各方面原因小學(xué)生的英語學(xué)習(xí)水平參差不齊，這給我們的教學(xué)增加了難度。因此，幫助學(xué)生邁好中學(xué)英語學(xué)習(xí)的第一步尤為關(guān)鍵。在這里，我把我校日常積累的點滴做法和大家分享。

　　一、熟悉中小學(xué)英語教材，以便融會貫通，

　　新教材為中小學(xué)教學(xué)內(nèi)容的銜接提供了有利的條件。新教材不僅更加貼近生活，而且涉及了學(xué)生所關(guān)心的話題，如，愛好、交友、運動、健康、動物等，拉近了學(xué)生與課本的距離。為了做好銜接，我們可相互了解教材并進行認真的研讀.找出連接緊密的知識、能力要求，并在此基礎(chǔ)上制定出教學(xué)計劃，以此為切入點，把負擔(dān)留給自己，將輕松還給學(xué)生。

　　在每屆初一新生入學(xué)后，除了對小學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)的教材通讀外，我們還對學(xué)生的學(xué)情進行分析，根據(jù)摸底測試的情況，進行集體備課，制定出一套切實可行的方案。這屆初一，我們在正式上課前，在復(fù)習(xí)小學(xué)的拼讀規(guī)則的基礎(chǔ)上，進行了音標(biāo)教學(xué)，并對小學(xué)《eec》教材中應(yīng)掌握的常見詞匯、詞類、句式、名詞復(fù)數(shù)的變化、動詞的單三以及句子的結(jié)構(gòu)和成分都做了比較系統(tǒng)的整理，幫助學(xué)生建立語法的概念。讓小學(xué)生的英語學(xué)習(xí)從感性認識過渡到更多的理性學(xué)習(xí)，為下一步的教學(xué)打下了堅實的基礎(chǔ)，也幫大部分學(xué)生完成了從小學(xué)到初中的初級過渡。

　　二、為學(xué)生創(chuàng)設(shè)真實的'語言環(huán)境，充分調(diào)動學(xué)生的積極性

　　小學(xué)生進入中學(xué)后，面臨著一個全新的環(huán)境。很多學(xué)生會對新教師的教學(xué)方法、板書、講課時的聲音、言談舉止等不適應(yīng)。我們可以保留好的小學(xué)英語學(xué)習(xí)的習(xí)慣。例如，積極舉手發(fā)言；學(xué)唱英語歌；做英語游戲；誦讀英語歌謠的習(xí)慣等。充分調(diào)動他們的積極性，使課堂氣氛生動有趣。雖然我們的教學(xué)內(nèi)容比較緊，但也不能急于求成。

　　同時，我們還結(jié)合我校開展的"自主-互動"教學(xué)模式、學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)能力的培養(yǎng)、課前"精彩五分鐘"演講等具體做法，來培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的能力。學(xué)生可結(jié)合教材內(nèi)容、實際生活、社會環(huán)境等，選擇不同話題作為演講材料。這樣既關(guān)注了學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣，又加強了對英語國家背景文化的了解。同時促進了學(xué)生對相關(guān)話題素材的積累，為進一步的寫作訓(xùn)練做好了鋪墊。

　　另外，我們時刻注意創(chuàng)設(shè)、營造真實的語言氛圍。如：在教室的墻壁上，張貼字母表、音標(biāo)表；課程表可以用英語的形式表現(xiàn)；定期用英語出板報；每天學(xué)生用英語作值日生報告，在墻壁上懸掛一些用英語寫的勵志條幅，如："never do things by halves." "where there is a will, there is a way."等。教師還可以給每個學(xué)生都起個英文名字。在課堂上，教師盡可能用英語講授，并鼓勵和引導(dǎo)學(xué)生大膽說、反復(fù)練。環(huán)境的熏陶加上課堂上的大膽操練，不僅能提高學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣，而且能提高學(xué)生聽說的能力，為進一步學(xué)好英語，打好基礎(chǔ)。此外，根據(jù)初一學(xué)生的特點，我們就可以用一些游戲來吸引他們的參與，將枯燥的講解變成生動活潑的情景體驗。如：在詞匯教學(xué)中，為幫助學(xué)生熟記所學(xué)單詞的拼寫，不斷增加詞匯量，并能區(qū)別詞類，我們常用一些拼詞和猜詞游戲。如：在學(xué)習(xí)"families"這一單元時，我要求學(xué)生用英語介紹自己的家人，并讓學(xué)生準(zhǔn)備照片、道具，惟妙惟肖用英語表演小品展示給大家。除此之外，我們還舉辦了一些第二課堂活動來調(diào)動學(xué)生的積極性。如：誦讀比賽，單詞競賽，交際應(yīng)用，課本劇表演。

　　三、在常規(guī)教學(xué)中，關(guān)注課堂實效，全面培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的語言能力

　　小升初之后，我們遵循新課標(biāo)，要創(chuàng)造性地設(shè)計教學(xué)內(nèi)容，吸引學(xué)生參與，使學(xué)生通過思考、調(diào)查、討論、交流和合作等方式，學(xué)習(xí)和使用英語。在小學(xué)階段，學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)技能的養(yǎng)成以模仿為主，注重一些感性的認識。學(xué)生進入初中后，教師應(yīng)當(dāng)設(shè)法使學(xué)生的語言積累、語言的擴展和使用轉(zhuǎn)化為以聽說為主，逐步向視、聽、說領(lǐng)先，讀寫及時跟上轉(zhuǎn)化；從簡單英語學(xué)習(xí)向內(nèi)容較復(fù)雜的英語轉(zhuǎn)化；也就是對學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的要求發(fā)生了變化。例如：對語言的運用要求、對語法的要求、對寫作的要求以及對英語語言文化背景、相關(guān)素養(yǎng)的要求都發(fā)生了變化。具體總結(jié)如下：

　　1、將聽說與讀寫有機結(jié)合。

　　小學(xué)對聽說訓(xùn)練比較注重，所以我們在第一課時訓(xùn)練聽力的基礎(chǔ)上，將聽力材料變成聽寫的形式或閃詞填空，這樣既鍛煉了學(xué)生的聽力，又使學(xué)生養(yǎng)成了動筆的習(xí)慣。課堂上，將每課書中出現(xiàn)的詞組適時歸納，并讓學(xué)生熟練背誦、默寫直至掌握，能夠應(yīng)用造句，達到活學(xué)活用的目的。另外，教會學(xué)生記筆記，教師的講課思維都總結(jié)在筆記本上，有利于學(xué)生復(fù)習(xí)及記憶。

　　2.培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的語篇閱讀能力。

　　閱讀可以促進詞匯量的擴展，是英語學(xué)習(xí)最有效的一種方法。通過閱讀可以培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的語感，語感對于提高學(xué)生聽、說、讀、寫有著積極的作用，這是學(xué)好英語的關(guān)鍵。所以閱讀訓(xùn)練在學(xué)習(xí)英語過程中顯得尤為重要，而且閱讀能力也是中考當(dāng)中的重點考察內(nèi)容。首先對教材的處理上，應(yīng)以學(xué)生為主體，先做背景介紹，進行速讀訓(xùn)練，然后進行細讀，教師設(shè)疑由淺入深，寫作指導(dǎo)可以在閱讀后進行。同時教會學(xué)生朗讀并模仿錄音，有利于學(xué)生英語語感的形成。課后的閱讀訓(xùn)練中，閱讀技巧的傳授是必不可少的，一天一篇閱讀、限時閱讀、找關(guān)鍵詞，歸納語段，等等。讓學(xué)生掌握正確的閱讀方法和技巧，養(yǎng)成良好的閱讀習(xí)慣，就一定能提高學(xué)生的英語理解水平。

　　3，逐步培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的寫作能力

　　如果說閱讀是一個語言輸入的過程，那么寫作就是語言輸出的過程。近幾年來，書面表達在中、高考試卷中所占的分值越來越大，我們意識到了英語書面表達的重要性，在日常教學(xué)中加強了對學(xué)生的寫作指導(dǎo)。小學(xué)教學(xué)中沒有寫作文的要求。因此，必須從初一學(xué)年打好寫作基礎(chǔ)。初一學(xué)生的寫作是一個非常棘手的問題，學(xué)生往往出現(xiàn)很多語法錯誤或漢語式的英語寫作。我們在備課時也注重此方面的能力訓(xùn)練，我們要求學(xué)生準(zhǔn)備一個作文本，首先從單句練起，將句子熟讀熟背，進行仿寫或替換。我覺得對初一學(xué)生來說，給一些提示詞或圖片進行寫句子的訓(xùn)練很有必要。它既是對語法及重點詞語的再現(xiàn)，又讓學(xué)生學(xué)會靈活運用所學(xué)知識。剛上初一時我每天都給學(xué)生布置寫句子的訓(xùn)練，并將他們的錯誤呈現(xiàn)黑板，讓學(xué)生修改引起注意，逐漸又引導(dǎo)他們在背誦課文的基礎(chǔ)上進行仿寫，或讓學(xué)生記下一些美文進行誦讀，有必要時將好的詞句摘抄并要求背誦，作文有選擇性地進行面批，學(xué)生之間互批，有針對性地講解，久而久之，孩子的寫作能力自然就提高了。初四畢業(yè)再翻看學(xué)生的寫作本，猶如見證了一個人的成長經(jīng)歷，那種收獲是難以言表的。

　　4.分級管理、加強輔導(dǎo)與反饋

　　想當(dāng)好一名英語教師必須懂得付出。我們英語的教學(xué)比較瑣碎，每天都有許多背誦的內(nèi)容，有時很難讓每個學(xué)生都能夠掌握。我們充分調(diào)動學(xué)生的積極性，以老師監(jiān)控，學(xué)生管理學(xué)生的方式相互促進。如，每組選出一個負責(zé)人，每兩桌（四人）設(shè)一名小組長，協(xié)助教師做好每天的小測及考察背課文工作，效果比較明顯

　　5、教會學(xué)生審題，做題。

　　學(xué)生在小學(xué)階段做題量較少，相對中學(xué)的試題也較簡單，因此學(xué)生審題能力較弱。基于這種原因，我們由淺入深地設(shè)計了適合初一學(xué)生特點，難易適度的課堂測驗小卷，及時反饋當(dāng)堂課所學(xué)的內(nèi)容。再進行二次備課，歸納出重點、難點，將易錯點、考點進一步篩選，時刻掌握學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)動態(tài)，幫助學(xué)生做好知識的鞏固與梳理，所訓(xùn)練內(nèi)容與中考接軌。

　　四、永遠給學(xué)生以信心

　　"成功教育賞識教育"能增添學(xué)生的自信感和成功感。多給學(xué)生表揚，及時鼓勵學(xué)生的成功，使學(xué)生保持學(xué)習(xí)的熱情；盡量讓每個學(xué)生每堂課都有發(fā)言的機會。學(xué)習(xí)困難的學(xué)生最害怕考試，為了幫助他們克服害怕考試的心理，可根據(jù)學(xué)生的實際程度，制定出不同的層次要求。根據(jù)學(xué)生的個體差異，對學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)評價實行"同分不等值"，多角度、多方位、多層面、多形式進行分層評價。比如在考試中我們設(shè)立了標(biāo)兵獎、進步獎、最佳書寫?yīng)�、組內(nèi)最佳合作獎等，以鼓勵不同層次的孩子。結(jié)合第二課堂活動及初一孩子的特點，我們舉辦了單詞競賽，英語課文誦讀比賽，小作文寫作競賽等活動。鼓勵各個層次的學(xué)生參與，使他們各有不同收獲，體驗成功的快樂。

　　總而言之，讓學(xué)生從小學(xué)平穩(wěn)過渡到初中，并非一勞永逸，要使他們在初中乃至今后的更高水平的英語學(xué)習(xí)道路上邁出堅實的步伐，還需要我們教師不斷探索，不斷研究，不斷努力。我也希望我們能有更多的機會互相切磋交流，共同為我們的學(xué)生撐起一片英語的藍天。
