Practice speaking English every day. You should catch every opportunity to speak English in class. For example, read in class, answering the teacher’s questions in class, making conversations with your classmates in class , Try your best to make good use of your class time. 1.給小學(xué)教師:小學(xué)應(yīng)盡快改變英語(yǔ)教學(xué)發(fā)展極不均衡的狀況,(11年五年級(jí)畢業(yè)考試成績(jī),學(xué)情相近的顧?quán)l(xiāng)片最高和最低的平均分相差26分,)全體教師都應(yīng)該提高責(zé)任意識(shí),而不僅僅是一部分學(xué)校和一部分教師,全體教師都要學(xué)習(xí)地段小學(xué)的做法,克服困難,研究教學(xué)方法,特別是要幫助中差生培養(yǎng)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的興趣,解決英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的困難。在小學(xué)階段,幫助中差生比成績(jī)優(yōu)秀的學(xué)生更為重要。爭(zhēng)取讓所有的小學(xué)生帶著對(duì)英語(yǔ)學(xué)生的熱愛(ài)和自信,以及格以上的成績(jī)升入初中。郊區(qū)爭(zhēng)取三年內(nèi)達(dá)到這個(gè)目標(biāo)。
2.給中學(xué)教師:中學(xué)教師應(yīng)該更全面地更深入地了解小學(xué)的教學(xué)情況,包括熟悉小學(xué)的全部的教學(xué)內(nèi)容,在此基礎(chǔ)上才能有的放矢地高效地教學(xué)。
11年9月,全區(qū)初一的摸底成績(jī)平均分是65分,學(xué)生應(yīng)該從65分的基礎(chǔ)上學(xué)習(xí),而不是從零起點(diǎn)學(xué)起。目前只有部分學(xué)校、教師做了此項(xiàng)工作,他們認(rèn)真研究學(xué)生現(xiàn)狀,提高學(xué)生整體成績(jī),減少兩級(jí)分化。還有的中學(xué)教師參加小學(xué)的教研活動(dòng),例如,57中這學(xué)期選派了業(yè)務(wù)非常出色的骨干教師到英語(yǔ)教師數(shù)量不足的愛(ài)國(guó)小學(xué)進(jìn)行支援,這位老師虛心的參加小學(xué)的教研活動(dòng),了解小學(xué)的教學(xué)要求。
但還有相當(dāng)一部分學(xué)校的教師還沒(méi)有認(rèn)真的研究,或研究的還不夠細(xì)致。如,我去年11月中旬,聽(tīng)了三所學(xué)校6位教師的同一節(jié)課,其中兩個(gè)a組學(xué)校,他們的學(xué)生入學(xué)平均成績(jī)都在70分以上,教師授課內(nèi)容是七單元"my house"第一課時(shí),"warm up"中學(xué)習(xí)5個(gè)房間的名稱(chēng)詞和4個(gè)表示方位的介詞,這部分內(nèi)容在小學(xué)也是重點(diǎn),小學(xué)的四會(huì)生詞表中已包含了其中的4個(gè)房間名稱(chēng)和三個(gè)介詞,但所有的6位教師無(wú)一例外地對(duì)這九個(gè)單詞全部平均分配了學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間,沒(méi)有關(guān)注哪些是學(xué)生已知的內(nèi)容,造成了嚴(yán)重的浪費(fèi)。此外學(xué)生小學(xué)還學(xué)了diningroom,但無(wú)一名教師給學(xué)生機(jī)會(huì)說(shuō)出已知的詞匯。學(xué)生在小學(xué)比較熟知的方位介詞"next to, behind, near"也只有三位教師涉及。很顯然,這樣的教學(xué)沒(méi)有充分地考慮到學(xué)生的已有知識(shí)基礎(chǔ)。
隨著小學(xué)教師的數(shù)量的補(bǔ)充,統(tǒng)考要求的落實(shí),相信我們區(qū)大部分小學(xué)的英語(yǔ)的教學(xué)質(zhì)量是會(huì)穩(wěn)步提高的,因此中學(xué)老師為做好銜接的必修課是了解小學(xué)生的已有知識(shí)基礎(chǔ)。途徑很簡(jiǎn)單,我們的教研博客中足夠的資料可以閱讀和下載。也懇請(qǐng)各位中學(xué)的教研組長(zhǎng)在指導(dǎo)20xx年的初一教學(xué)時(shí)能夠提醒老師們不要再犯這類(lèi)的錯(cuò)誤。
3.對(duì)全體教師:必須明確中小銜接中對(duì)語(yǔ)音與詞匯的要求,小學(xué)不進(jìn)行音標(biāo)教學(xué),沒(méi)時(shí)間也沒(méi)必要,規(guī)則的單詞按照發(fā)音規(guī)則可以直呼的,不規(guī)則的單詞在小學(xué)通過(guò)聽(tīng)音模仿學(xué)習(xí)。小學(xué)教師必須從字母教學(xué)開(kāi)始就滲透讀音規(guī)則,詞匯拼讀方法的指導(dǎo)上,教師必須指導(dǎo)到位,訓(xùn)練到位,不僅為中學(xué),更為學(xué)生的終生的英語(yǔ)學(xué)家奠定基礎(chǔ)。
初一的音標(biāo)教學(xué)要在對(duì)小學(xué)詞匯的發(fā)音規(guī)則的總結(jié)基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行,音標(biāo)是認(rèn)讀不規(guī)則單詞的工具,能用音標(biāo)拼讀即可,不需要在音標(biāo)教學(xué)上花費(fèi)過(guò)多的時(shí)間,注意提高教學(xué)的效率。對(duì)于規(guī)則的詞還應(yīng)該延續(xù)小學(xué)的直呼法,簡(jiǎn)單、省時(shí)、實(shí)用、高效。

首先感謝各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)為我們搭建這個(gè)平臺(tái),感謝區(qū)教研室對(duì)六年級(jí)英語(yǔ)教師的耐心指導(dǎo)和悉心幫助,使我們有機(jī)會(huì)對(duì)小學(xué)英語(yǔ)到初中英語(yǔ)的過(guò)渡問(wèn)題進(jìn)行交流。
剛邁入初中校門(mén)的學(xué)生,英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)面臨著從注重聽(tīng)說(shuō)訓(xùn)練到培養(yǎng)學(xué)生聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫(xiě)四項(xiàng)技能的過(guò)渡。因此,初中起始階段的英語(yǔ)教師既要注重知識(shí)上的梳理,歸類(lèi),做好過(guò)渡與銜接;又要關(guān)注學(xué)生能力的培養(yǎng)。這就要求教師了解小、初中英語(yǔ)教學(xué)要求的差異,熟悉小、初中教材的內(nèi)容,然后根據(jù)剛升入初中學(xué)生的心理和思維特點(diǎn),制定相應(yīng)的教學(xué)目標(biāo),采取切實(shí)可行的教學(xué)方法,充分發(fā)揮教師在教學(xué)中的主導(dǎo)作用和學(xué)生作為教學(xué)主體的能動(dòng)性,幫助學(xué)生實(shí)現(xiàn)小初中的自然銜接和平穩(wěn)過(guò)渡。由于各方面原因小學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)水平參差不齊,這給我們的教學(xué)增加了難度。因此,幫助學(xué)生邁好中學(xué)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的第一步尤為關(guān)鍵。在這里,我把我校日常積累的點(diǎn)滴做法和大家分享。
一、熟悉中小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教材,以便融會(huì)貫通,
新教材為中小學(xué)教學(xué)內(nèi)容的銜接提供了有利的條件。新教材不僅更加貼近生活,而且涉及了學(xué)生所關(guān)心的話(huà)題,如,愛(ài)好、交友、運(yùn)動(dòng)、健康、動(dòng)物等,拉近了學(xué)生與課本的距離。為了做好銜接,我們可相互了解教材并進(jìn)行認(rèn)真的研讀.找出連接緊密的知識(shí)、能力要求,并在此基礎(chǔ)上制定出教學(xué)計(jì)劃,以此為切入點(diǎn),把負(fù)擔(dān)留給自己,將輕松還給學(xué)生。
在每屆初一新生入學(xué)后,除了對(duì)小學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)的教材通讀外,我們還對(duì)學(xué)生的學(xué)情進(jìn)行分析,根據(jù)摸底測(cè)試的情況,進(jìn)行集體備課,制定出一套切實(shí)可行的方案。這屆初一,我們?cè)谡缴险n前,在復(fù)習(xí)小學(xué)的拼讀規(guī)則的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行了音標(biāo)教學(xué),并對(duì)小學(xué)《eec》教材中應(yīng)掌握的常見(jiàn)詞匯、詞類(lèi)、句式、名詞復(fù)數(shù)的變化、動(dòng)詞的單三以及句子的結(jié)構(gòu)和成分都做了比較系統(tǒng)的整理,幫助學(xué)生建立語(yǔ)法的概念。讓小學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)從感性認(rèn)識(shí)過(guò)渡到更多的理性學(xué)習(xí),為下一步的教學(xué)打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ),也幫大部分學(xué)生完成了從小學(xué)到初中的初級(jí)過(guò)渡。
二、為學(xué)生創(chuàng)設(shè)真實(shí)的'語(yǔ)言環(huán)境,充分調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的積極性
小學(xué)生進(jìn)入中學(xué)后,面臨著一個(gè)全新的環(huán)境。很多學(xué)生會(huì)對(duì)新教師的教學(xué)方法、板書(shū)、講課時(shí)的聲音、言談舉止等不適應(yīng)。我們可以保留好的小學(xué)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的習(xí)慣。例如,積極舉手發(fā)言;學(xué)唱英語(yǔ)歌;做英語(yǔ)游戲;誦讀英語(yǔ)歌謠的習(xí)慣等。充分調(diào)動(dòng)他們的積極性,使課堂氣氛生動(dòng)有趣。雖然我們的教學(xué)內(nèi)容比較緊,但也不能急于求成。
同時(shí),我們還結(jié)合我校開(kāi)展的"自主-互動(dòng)"教學(xué)模式、學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)能力的培養(yǎng)、課前"精彩五分鐘"演講等具體做法,來(lái)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的能力。學(xué)生可結(jié)合教材內(nèi)容、實(shí)際生活、社會(huì)環(huán)境等,選擇不同話(huà)題作為演講材料。這樣既關(guān)注了學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,又加強(qiáng)了對(duì)英語(yǔ)國(guó)家背景文化的了解。同時(shí)促進(jìn)了學(xué)生對(duì)相關(guān)話(huà)題素材的積累,為進(jìn)一步的寫(xiě)作訓(xùn)練做好了鋪墊。
另外,我們時(shí)刻注意創(chuàng)設(shè)、營(yíng)造真實(shí)的語(yǔ)言氛圍。如:在教室的墻壁上,張貼字母表、音標(biāo)表;課程表可以用英語(yǔ)的形式表現(xiàn);定期用英語(yǔ)出板報(bào);每天學(xué)生用英語(yǔ)作值日生報(bào)告,在墻壁上懸掛一些用英語(yǔ)寫(xiě)的勵(lì)志條幅,如:"never do things by halves." "where there is a will, there is a way."等。教師還可以給每個(gè)學(xué)生都起個(gè)英文名字。在課堂上,教師盡可能用英語(yǔ)講授,并鼓勵(lì)和引導(dǎo)學(xué)生大膽說(shuō)、反復(fù)練。環(huán)境的熏陶加上課堂上的大膽操練,不僅能提高學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,而且能提高學(xué)生聽(tīng)說(shuō)的能力,為進(jìn)一步學(xué)好英語(yǔ),打好基礎(chǔ)。此外,根據(jù)初一學(xué)生的特點(diǎn),我們就可以用一些游戲來(lái)吸引他們的參與,將枯燥的講解變成生動(dòng)活潑的情景體驗(yàn)。如:在詞匯教學(xué)中,為幫助學(xué)生熟記所學(xué)單詞的拼寫(xiě),不斷增加詞匯量,并能區(qū)別詞類(lèi),我們常用一些拼詞和猜詞游戲。如:在學(xué)習(xí)"families"這一單元時(shí),我要求學(xué)生用英語(yǔ)介紹自己的家人,并讓學(xué)生準(zhǔn)備照片、道具,惟妙惟肖用英語(yǔ)表演小品展示給大家。除此之外,我們還舉辦了一些第二課堂活動(dòng)來(lái)調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的積極性。如:誦讀比賽,單詞競(jìng)賽,交際應(yīng)用,課本劇表演。
三、在常規(guī)教學(xué)中,關(guān)注課堂實(shí)效,全面培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的語(yǔ)言能力
小升初之后,我們遵循新課標(biāo),要?jiǎng)?chuàng)造性地設(shè)計(jì)教學(xué)內(nèi)容,吸引學(xué)生參與,使學(xué)生通過(guò)思考、調(diào)查、討論、交流和合作等方式,學(xué)習(xí)和使用英語(yǔ)。在小學(xué)階段,學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)技能的養(yǎng)成以模仿為主,注重一些感性的認(rèn)識(shí)。學(xué)生進(jìn)入初中后,教師應(yīng)當(dāng)設(shè)法使學(xué)生的語(yǔ)言積累、語(yǔ)言的擴(kuò)展和使用轉(zhuǎn)化為以聽(tīng)說(shuō)為主,逐步向視、聽(tīng)、說(shuō)領(lǐng)先,讀寫(xiě)及時(shí)跟上轉(zhuǎn)化;從簡(jiǎn)單英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)向內(nèi)容較復(fù)雜的英語(yǔ)轉(zhuǎn)化;也就是對(duì)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的要求發(fā)生了變化。例如:對(duì)語(yǔ)言的運(yùn)用要求、對(duì)語(yǔ)法的要求、對(duì)寫(xiě)作的要求以及對(duì)英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言文化背景、相關(guān)素養(yǎng)的要求都發(fā)生了變化。具體總結(jié)如下:
1、將聽(tīng)說(shuō)與讀寫(xiě)有機(jī)結(jié)合。
小學(xué)對(duì)聽(tīng)說(shuō)訓(xùn)練比較注重,所以我們?cè)诘谝徽n時(shí)訓(xùn)練聽(tīng)力的基礎(chǔ)上,將聽(tīng)力材料變成聽(tīng)寫(xiě)的形式或閃詞填空,這樣既鍛煉了學(xué)生的聽(tīng)力,又使學(xué)生養(yǎng)成了動(dòng)筆的習(xí)慣。課堂上,將每課書(shū)中出現(xiàn)的詞組適時(shí)歸納,并讓學(xué)生熟練背誦、默寫(xiě)直至掌握,能夠應(yīng)用造句,達(dá)到活學(xué)活用的目的。另外,教會(huì)學(xué)生記筆記,教師的講課思維都總結(jié)在筆記本上,有利于學(xué)生復(fù)習(xí)及記憶。
2.培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的語(yǔ)篇閱讀能力。
閱讀可以促進(jìn)詞匯量的擴(kuò)展,是英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)最有效的一種方法。通過(guò)閱讀可以培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的語(yǔ)感,語(yǔ)感對(duì)于提高學(xué)生聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫(xiě)有著積極的作用,這是學(xué)好英語(yǔ)的關(guān)鍵。所以閱讀訓(xùn)練在學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)過(guò)程中顯得尤為重要,而且閱讀能力也是中考當(dāng)中的重點(diǎn)考察內(nèi)容。首先對(duì)教材的處理上,應(yīng)以學(xué)生為主體,先做背景介紹,進(jìn)行速讀訓(xùn)練,然后進(jìn)行細(xì)讀,教師設(shè)疑由淺入深,寫(xiě)作指導(dǎo)可以在閱讀后進(jìn)行。同時(shí)教會(huì)學(xué)生朗讀并模仿錄音,有利于學(xué)生英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)感的形成。課后的閱讀訓(xùn)練中,閱讀技巧的傳授是必不可少的,一天一篇閱讀、限時(shí)閱讀、找關(guān)鍵詞,歸納語(yǔ)段,等等。讓學(xué)生掌握正確的閱讀方法和技巧,養(yǎng)成良好的閱讀習(xí)慣,就一定能提高學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)理解水平。
3,逐步培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的寫(xiě)作能力
如果說(shuō)閱讀是一個(gè)語(yǔ)言輸入的過(guò)程,那么寫(xiě)作就是語(yǔ)言輸出的過(guò)程。近幾年來(lái),書(shū)面表達(dá)在中、高考試卷中所占的分值越來(lái)越大,我們意識(shí)到了英語(yǔ)書(shū)面表達(dá)的重要性,在日常教學(xué)中加強(qiáng)了對(duì)學(xué)生的寫(xiě)作指導(dǎo)。小學(xué)教學(xué)中沒(méi)有寫(xiě)作文的要求。因此,必須從初一學(xué)年打好寫(xiě)作基礎(chǔ)。初一學(xué)生的寫(xiě)作是一個(gè)非常棘手的問(wèn)題,學(xué)生往往出現(xiàn)很多語(yǔ)法錯(cuò)誤或漢語(yǔ)式的英語(yǔ)寫(xiě)作。我們?cè)趥湔n時(shí)也注重此方面的能力訓(xùn)練,我們要求學(xué)生準(zhǔn)備一個(gè)作文本,首先從單句練起,將句子熟讀熟背,進(jìn)行仿寫(xiě)或替換。我覺(jué)得對(duì)初一學(xué)生來(lái)說(shuō),給一些提示詞或圖片進(jìn)行寫(xiě)句子的訓(xùn)練很有必要。它既是對(duì)語(yǔ)法及重點(diǎn)詞語(yǔ)的再現(xiàn),又讓學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì)靈活運(yùn)用所學(xué)知識(shí)。剛上初一時(shí)我每天都給學(xué)生布置寫(xiě)句子的訓(xùn)練,并將他們的錯(cuò)誤呈現(xiàn)黑板,讓學(xué)生修改引起注意,逐漸又引導(dǎo)他們?cè)诒痴b課文的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行仿寫(xiě),或讓學(xué)生記下一些美文進(jìn)行誦讀,有必要時(shí)將好的詞句摘抄并要求背誦,作文有選擇性地進(jìn)行面批,學(xué)生之間互批,有針對(duì)性地講解,久而久之,孩子的寫(xiě)作能力自然就提高了。初四畢業(yè)再翻看學(xué)生的寫(xiě)作本,猶如見(jiàn)證了一個(gè)人的成長(zhǎng)經(jīng)歷,那種收獲是難以言表的。
4.分級(jí)管理、加強(qiáng)輔導(dǎo)與反饋
想當(dāng)好一名英語(yǔ)教師必須懂得付出。我們英語(yǔ)的教學(xué)比較瑣碎,每天都有許多背誦的內(nèi)容,有時(shí)很難讓每個(gè)學(xué)生都能夠掌握。我們充分調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的積極性,以老師監(jiān)控,學(xué)生管理學(xué)生的方式相互促進(jìn)。如,每組選出一個(gè)負(fù)責(zé)人,每?jī)勺溃ㄋ娜耍┰O(shè)一名小組長(zhǎng),協(xié)助教師做好每天的小測(cè)及考察背課文工作,效果比較明顯
5、教會(huì)學(xué)生審題,做題。
學(xué)生在小學(xué)階段做題量較少,相對(duì)中學(xué)的試題也較簡(jiǎn)單,因此學(xué)生審題能力較弱;谶@種原因,我們由淺入深地設(shè)計(jì)了適合初一學(xué)生特點(diǎn),難易適度的課堂測(cè)驗(yàn)小卷,及時(shí)反饋當(dāng)堂課所學(xué)的內(nèi)容。再進(jìn)行二次備課,歸納出重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn),將易錯(cuò)點(diǎn)、考點(diǎn)進(jìn)一步篩選,時(shí)刻掌握學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)態(tài),幫助學(xué)生做好知識(shí)的鞏固與梳理,所訓(xùn)練內(nèi)容與中考接軌。
四、永遠(yuǎn)給學(xué)生以信心
"成功教育賞識(shí)教育"能增添學(xué)生的自信感和成功感。多給學(xué)生表?yè)P(yáng),及時(shí)鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生的成功,使學(xué)生保持學(xué)習(xí)的熱情;盡量讓每個(gè)學(xué)生每堂課都有發(fā)言的機(jī)會(huì)。學(xué)習(xí)困難的學(xué)生最害怕考試,為了幫助他們克服害怕考試的心理,可根據(jù)學(xué)生的實(shí)際程度,制定出不同的層次要求。根據(jù)學(xué)生的個(gè)體差異,對(duì)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)評(píng)價(jià)實(shí)行"同分不等值",多角度、多方位、多層面、多形式進(jìn)行分層評(píng)價(jià)。比如在考試中我們?cè)O(shè)立了標(biāo)兵獎(jiǎng)、進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)、最佳書(shū)寫(xiě)?yīng)、組內(nèi)最佳合作獎(jiǎng)等,以鼓勵(lì)不同層次的孩子。結(jié)合第二課堂活動(dòng)及初一孩子的特點(diǎn),我們舉辦了單詞競(jìng)賽,英語(yǔ)課文誦讀比賽,小作文寫(xiě)作競(jìng)賽等活動(dòng)。鼓勵(lì)各個(gè)層次的學(xué)生參與,使他們各有不同收獲,體驗(yàn)成功的快樂(lè)。
