　　通過前一段時間的調(diào)研，看到在我們中小學英語教師在各自學段的教學中，還存在著一些問題，而這些問題是可以在我們的能力范圍內(nèi)得到解決的。我想談三點注意事項。

　　1.給小學教師：小學應(yīng)盡快改變英語教學發(fā)展極不均衡的狀況，（11年五年級畢業(yè)考試成績，學情相近的顧?quán)l(xiāng)片最高和最低的平均分相差26分，）全體教師都應(yīng)該提高責任意識，而不僅僅是一部分學校和一部分教師，全體教師都要學習地段小學的做法，克服困難，研究教學方法，特別是要幫助中差生培養(yǎng)英語學習的興趣，解決英語學習的困難。在小學階段，幫助中差生比成績優(yōu)秀的學生更為重要。爭取讓所有的小學生帶著對英語學生的熱愛和自信，以及格以上的成績升入初中。郊區(qū)爭取三年內(nèi)達到這個目標。

　　2.給中學教師：中學教師應(yīng)該更全面地更深入地了解小學的教學情況，包括熟悉小學的全部的教學內(nèi)容，在此基礎(chǔ)上才能有的放矢地高效地教學。

　　11年9月，全區(qū)初一的摸底成績平均分是65分，學生應(yīng)該從65分的基礎(chǔ)上學習，而不是從零起點學起。目前只有部分學校、教師做了此項工作，他們認真研究學生現(xiàn)狀，提高學生整體成績，減少兩級分化。還有的中學教師參加小學的教研活動，例如，57中這學期選派了業(yè)務(wù)非常出色的骨干教師到英語教師數(shù)量不足的愛國小學進行支援，這位老師虛心的參加小學的教研活動，了解小學的教學要求。

　　但還有相當一部分學校的教師還沒有認真的研究，或研究的還不夠細致。如，我去年11月中旬，聽了三所學校6位教師的同一節(jié)課，其中兩個a組學校，他們的學生入學平均成績都在70分以上，教師授課內(nèi)容是七單元"my house"第一課時，"warm up"中學習5個房間的名稱詞和4個表示方位的介詞，這部分內(nèi)容在小學也是重點，小學的四會生詞表中已包含了其中的4個房間名稱和三個介詞，但所有的6位教師無一例外地對這九個單詞全部平均分配了學習時間，沒有關(guān)注哪些是學生已知的內(nèi)容，造成了嚴重的浪費。此外學生小學還學了diningroom,但無一名教師給學生機會說出已知的詞匯。學生在小學比較熟知的方位介詞"next to, behind, near"也只有三位教師涉及。很顯然，這樣的教學沒有充分地考慮到學生的已有知識基礎(chǔ)。

　　隨著小學教師的數(shù)量的補充，統(tǒng)考要求的落實，相信我們區(qū)大部分小學的英語的教學質(zhì)量是會穩(wěn)步提高的，因此中學老師為做好銜接的必修課是了解小學生的已有知識基礎(chǔ)。途徑很簡單，我們的教研博客中足夠的資料可以閱讀和下載。也懇請各位中學的教研組長在指導(dǎo)20xx年的初一教學時能夠提醒老師們不要再犯這類的錯誤。

　　3.對全體教師：必須明確中小銜接中對語音與詞匯的要求，小學不進行音標教學，沒時間也沒必要，規(guī)則的單詞按照發(fā)音規(guī)則可以直呼的，不規(guī)則的單詞在小學通過聽音模仿學習。小學教師必須從字母教學開始就滲透讀音規(guī)則，詞匯拼讀方法的指導(dǎo)上，教師必須指導(dǎo)到位，訓練到位，不僅為中學，更為學生的終生的英語學家奠定基礎(chǔ)。

　　初一的音標教學要在對小學詞匯的發(fā)音規(guī)則的總結(jié)基礎(chǔ)上進行，音標是認讀不規(guī)則單詞的工具，能用音標拼讀即可，不需要在音標教學上花費過多的時間，注意提高教學的效率。對于規(guī)則的詞還應(yīng)該延續(xù)小學的直呼法，簡單、省時、實用、高效。

　　如何完成從小學英語到初中英語的過渡

　　各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、老師下午好！

　　首先感謝各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)為我們搭建這個平臺，感謝區(qū)教研室對六年級英語教師的耐心指導(dǎo)和悉心幫助，使我們有機會對小學英語到初中英語的過渡問題進行交流。

　　剛邁入初中校門的學生，英語學習面臨著從注重聽說訓練到培養(yǎng)學生聽、說、讀、寫四項技能的過渡。因此，初中起始階段的英語教師既要注重知識上的梳理，歸類，做好過渡與銜接；又要關(guān)注學生能力的培養(yǎng)。這就要求教師了解小、初中英語教學要求的差異，熟悉小、初中教材的內(nèi)容，然后根據(jù)剛升入初中學生的心理和思維特點，制定相應(yīng)的教學目標，采取切實可行的教學方法，充分發(fā)揮教師在教學中的主導(dǎo)作用和學生作為教學主體的能動性，幫助學生實現(xiàn)小初中的自然銜接和平穩(wěn)過渡。由于各方面原因小學生的英語學習水平參差不齊，這給我們的教學增加了難度。因此，幫助學生邁好中學英語學習的第一步尤為關(guān)鍵。在這里，我把我校日常積累的點滴做法和大家分享。

　　一、熟悉中小學英語教材，以便融會貫通，

　　新教材為中小學教學內(nèi)容的銜接提供了有利的條件。新教材不僅更加貼近生活，而且涉及了學生所關(guān)心的話題，如，愛好、交友、運動、健康、動物等，拉近了學生與課本的距離。為了做好銜接，我們可相互了解教材并進行認真的研讀.找出連接緊密的知識、能力要求，并在此基礎(chǔ)上制定出教學計劃，以此為切入點，把負擔留給自己，將輕松還給學生。

　　在每屆初一新生入學后，除了對小學學習的教材通讀外，我們還對學生的學情進行分析，根據(jù)摸底測試的情況，進行集體備課，制定出一套切實可行的方案。這屆初一，我們在正式上課前，在復(fù)習小學的拼讀規(guī)則的基礎(chǔ)上，進行了音標教學，并對小學《eec》教材中應(yīng)掌握的常見詞匯、詞類、句式、名詞復(fù)數(shù)的變化、動詞的單三以及句子的結(jié)構(gòu)和成分都做了比較系統(tǒng)的整理，幫助學生建立語法的概念。讓小學生的英語學習從感性認識過渡到更多的理性學習，為下一步的教學打下了堅實的基礎(chǔ)，也幫大部分學生完成了從小學到初中的初級過渡。

　　二、為學生創(chuàng)設(shè)真實的'語言環(huán)境，充分調(diào)動學生的積極性

　　小學生進入中學后，面臨著一個全新的環(huán)境。很多學生會對新教師的教學方法、板書、講課時的聲音、言談舉止等不適應(yīng)。我們可以保留好的小學英語學習的習慣。例如，積極舉手發(fā)言；學唱英語歌；做英語游戲；誦讀英語歌謠的習慣等。充分調(diào)動他們的積極性，使課堂氣氛生動有趣。雖然我們的教學內(nèi)容比較緊，但也不能急于求成。

　　同時，我們還結(jié)合我校開展的"自主-互動"教學模式、學生自主學習能力的培養(yǎng)、課前"精彩五分鐘"演講等具體做法，來培養(yǎng)學生的能力。學生可結(jié)合教材內(nèi)容、實際生活、社會環(huán)境等，選擇不同話題作為演講材料。這樣既關(guān)注了學生的學習興趣，又加強了對英語國家背景文化的了解。同時促進了學生對相關(guān)話題素材的積累，為進一步的寫作訓練做好了鋪墊。

　　另外，我們時刻注意創(chuàng)設(shè)、營造真實的語言氛圍。如：在教室的墻壁上，張貼字母表、音標表；課程表可以用英語的形式表現(xiàn)；定期用英語出板報；每天學生用英語作值日生報告，在墻壁上懸掛一些用英語寫的勵志條幅，如："never do things by halves." "where there is a will, there is a way."等。教師還可以給每個學生都起個英文名字。在課堂上，教師盡可能用英語講授，并鼓勵和引導(dǎo)學生大膽說、反復(fù)練。環(huán)境的熏陶加上課堂上的大膽操練，不僅能提高學生的學習興趣，而且能提高學生聽說的能力，為進一步學好英語，打好基礎(chǔ)。此外，根據(jù)初一學生的特點，我們就可以用一些游戲來吸引他們的參與，將枯燥的講解變成生動活潑的情景體驗。如：在詞匯教學中，為幫助學生熟記所學單詞的拼寫，不斷增加詞匯量，并能區(qū)別詞類，我們常用一些拼詞和猜詞游戲。如：在學習"families"這一單元時，我要求學生用英語介紹自己的家人，并讓學生準備照片、道具，惟妙惟肖用英語表演小品展示給大家。除此之外，我們還舉辦了一些第二課堂活動來調(diào)動學生的積極性。如：誦讀比賽，單詞競賽，交際應(yīng)用，課本劇表演。

　　三、在常規(guī)教學中，關(guān)注課堂實效，全面培養(yǎng)學生的語言能力

　　小升初之后，我們遵循新課標，要創(chuàng)造性地設(shè)計教學內(nèi)容，吸引學生參與，使學生通過思考、調(diào)查、討論、交流和合作等方式，學習和使用英語。在小學階段，學生的學習技能的養(yǎng)成以模仿為主，注重一些感性的認識。學生進入初中后，教師應(yīng)當設(shè)法使學生的語言積累、語言的擴展和使用轉(zhuǎn)化為以聽說為主，逐步向視、聽、說領(lǐng)先，讀寫及時跟上轉(zhuǎn)化；從簡單英語學習向內(nèi)容較復(fù)雜的英語轉(zhuǎn)化；也就是對學生學習英語的要求發(fā)生了變化。例如：對語言的運用要求、對語法的要求、對寫作的要求以及對英語語言文化背景、相關(guān)素養(yǎng)的要求都發(fā)生了變化。具體總結(jié)如下：

　　1、將聽說與讀寫有機結(jié)合。

　　小學對聽說訓練比較注重，所以我們在第一課時訓練聽力的基礎(chǔ)上，將聽力材料變成聽寫的形式或閃詞填空，這樣既鍛煉了學生的聽力，又使學生養(yǎng)成了動筆的習慣。課堂上，將每課書中出現(xiàn)的詞組適時歸納，并讓學生熟練背誦、默寫直至掌握，能夠應(yīng)用造句，達到活學活用的目的。另外，教會學生記筆記，教師的講課思維都總結(jié)在筆記本上，有利于學生復(fù)習及記憶。

　　2.培養(yǎng)學生的語篇閱讀能力。

　　閱讀可以促進詞匯量的擴展，是英語學習最有效的一種方法。通過閱讀可以培養(yǎng)學生的語感，語感對于提高學生聽、說、讀、寫有著積極的作用，這是學好英語的關(guān)鍵。所以閱讀訓練在學習英語過程中顯得尤為重要，而且閱讀能力也是中考當中的重點考察內(nèi)容。首先對教材的處理上，應(yīng)以學生為主體，先做背景介紹，進行速讀訓練，然后進行細讀，教師設(shè)疑由淺入深，寫作指導(dǎo)可以在閱讀后進行。同時教會學生朗讀并模仿錄音，有利于學生英語語感的形成。課后的閱讀訓練中，閱讀技巧的傳授是必不可少的，一天一篇閱讀、限時閱讀、找關(guān)鍵詞，歸納語段，等等。讓學生掌握正確的閱讀方法和技巧，養(yǎng)成良好的閱讀習慣，就一定能提高學生的英語理解水平。

　　3，逐步培養(yǎng)學生的寫作能力

　　如果說閱讀是一個語言輸入的過程，那么寫作就是語言輸出的過程。近幾年來，書面表達在中、高考試卷中所占的分值越來越大，我們意識到了英語書面表達的重要性，在日常教學中加強了對學生的寫作指導(dǎo)。小學教學中沒有寫作文的要求。因此，必須從初一學年打好寫作基礎(chǔ)。初一學生的寫作是一個非常棘手的問題，學生往往出現(xiàn)很多語法錯誤或漢語式的英語寫作。我們在備課時也注重此方面的能力訓練，我們要求學生準備一個作文本，首先從單句練起，將句子熟讀熟背，進行仿寫或替換。我覺得對初一學生來說，給一些提示詞或圖片進行寫句子的訓練很有必要。它既是對語法及重點詞語的再現(xiàn)，又讓學生學會靈活運用所學知識。剛上初一時我每天都給學生布置寫句子的訓練，并將他們的錯誤呈現(xiàn)黑板，讓學生修改引起注意，逐漸又引導(dǎo)他們在背誦課文的基礎(chǔ)上進行仿寫，或讓學生記下一些美文進行誦讀，有必要時將好的詞句摘抄并要求背誦，作文有選擇性地進行面批，學生之間互批，有針對性地講解，久而久之，孩子的寫作能力自然就提高了。初四畢業(yè)再翻看學生的寫作本，猶如見證了一個人的成長經(jīng)歷，那種收獲是難以言表的。

　　4.分級管理、加強輔導(dǎo)與反饋

　　想當好一名英語教師必須懂得付出。我們英語的教學比較瑣碎，每天都有許多背誦的內(nèi)容，有時很難讓每個學生都能夠掌握。我們充分調(diào)動學生的積極性，以老師監(jiān)控，學生管理學生的方式相互促進。如，每組選出一個負責人，每兩桌（四人）設(shè)一名小組長，協(xié)助教師做好每天的小測及考察背課文工作，效果比較明顯

　　5、教會學生審題，做題。

　　學生在小學階段做題量較少，相對中學的試題也較簡單，因此學生審題能力較弱。基于這種原因，我們由淺入深地設(shè)計了適合初一學生特點，難易適度的課堂測驗小卷，及時反饋當堂課所學的內(nèi)容。再進行二次備課，歸納出重點、難點，將易錯點、考點進一步篩選，時刻掌握學生學習動態(tài)，幫助學生做好知識的鞏固與梳理，所訓練內(nèi)容與中考接軌。

　　四、永遠給學生以信心

　　"成功教育賞識教育"能增添學生的自信感和成功感。多給學生表揚，及時鼓勵學生的成功，使學生保持學習的熱情；盡量讓每個學生每堂課都有發(fā)言的機會。學習困難的學生最害怕考試，為了幫助他們克服害怕考試的心理，可根據(jù)學生的實際程度，制定出不同的層次要求。根據(jù)學生的個體差異，對學生的學習評價實行"同分不等值"，多角度、多方位、多層面、多形式進行分層評價。比如在考試中我們設(shè)立了標兵獎、進步獎、最佳書寫?yīng)�、組內(nèi)最佳合作獎等，以鼓勵不同層次的孩子。結(jié)合第二課堂活動及初一孩子的特點，我們舉辦了單詞競賽，英語課文誦讀比賽，小作文寫作競賽等活動。鼓勵各個層次的學生參與，使他們各有不同收獲，體驗成功的快樂。

　　總而言之，讓學生從小學平穩(wěn)過渡到初中，并非一勞永逸，要使他們在初中乃至今后的更高水平的英語學習道路上邁出堅實的步伐，還需要我們教師不斷探索，不斷研究，不斷努力。我也希望我們能有更多的機會互相切磋交流，共同為我們的學生撐起一片英語的藍天。
